No one denies he was a son, a man, and a child.
He was born the messiah, Lord, and son of God as stated in scripture.
We are free to deny the son and we are free to deny that he wasn’t the messiah for all or most of his life here.
Each man has the rudder to steer his life.
Those who are true speak the truth. The spirit of error will sometimes…[Read more]

13 For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,
14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.

He wasn’t created that way. But God gave free will because that is a condition for true love to exist. Otherwise love would be a robotic response and wouldn’t mean anything. The tree in the garden was intentional to prove this love. Of course mankind was tempted away and now we are in the era of redemption to give a chance for those that love G…[Read more]

Scripture I agree with. I do not follow the tradition that evil men have an eternal soul and thus will not perish in the Second Death because they have eternal life. Clearly, God spared man that fate. Eternal judgement is one of the foundations of our faith and yet again, the traditionalists got that wrong too. Only the righteous will exist…[Read more]

I have one of the worst cases of flat feet. I had to give up playing sport at 11 years old which was a real shame. I represented my region in soccer. I am 53 years old now and got a Podiatrist to make me up some custom orthotics at age 50 as my feet were causing me much pain. The problem was solved. I was able to start playing sport again at age…[Read more]

Yes, do not love the world or the things in the world. I wonder if a country can be Christian or built on godly principles? If so, can it be blessed and inherit a special place in this world, albeit a temporary place as the world is not permanent. Thoughts?

@genebalthrop Hi Gene. I took a look at your profile picture. I assume you are the guy in the middle. The person to the left has flat feet. Does he use orthotics? I think he should if not. 🙂

I tested your quoted words Nick. Sometimes it is good to apply our own teachings and standards to ourselves and not always force them away from ourselves and toward others. I am sure you agree with my words because we meet God to talk about ourselves and not other servants. This is what I do with your accusations and insinuations. I remind you…[Read more]

There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Why do you condemn all others but yourself then?
Is that because you have judged that none here are born again?
Proclaimer replied to the topic Trinity Doctrine resources in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years, 5 months ago
Gene, you believe that Jesus is not the Christ. You believe that Jesus Christ is the Christ.
The latter is not mentioned in this verse while the former is.

Yes, and love has many other obvious attributes such as loving others and not condemning everyone. Spending our lives condemning people is basically the Devil’s territory right?

That is right Nick. The truth is one, while lies are many.
Jesus is the Christ, that’s the truth.
Jesus was born as the messiah in Bethlehem is also the truth.
Scripture is truth.
Lies are many. Our own understanding limited at the very best, but totally inadequate.
Some say Jesus is not the Christ and some say was not always the Christ,…[Read more]

But you teach that Jesus Christ is the Christ, not Jesus as the Christ.
You say he had to be anointed at the Jordan to be called the Christ.
So you teach that Jesus Christ is the Christ, not Jesus as the Christ.
This is why you deny Jesus being born the Christ in Bethlehem as it is written.
The AntiChrist spirit denies that Jesus is the…[Read more]

Yes he was made a man. He emptied himself, humbled himself, and became a servant, even though he is the son of the living God and the firstborn of all creation. He is God’s image, before Abraham, and had glory with God before the creation. Now he is in the glory he had before. Amen and amen. To I hear an amen Gene, or will we hear again from you…[Read more]

Hi,
So preexistence is an idea that grew from the inability of natural men
to grasp the fact that the Spirit spoke through the anointed man Jesus.
It makes little difference to me the origin of Jesus Christ as I have no preference in my heart. I can only go by scripture and not your words or Gene’s or others who do not believe what is written…[Read more]

Nick, if any man cannot say yes or no to a fair and clear question then what are we to think. Clearly we are told that such a one is colluding with the Evil One, and I suppose even if he is not aware of it

Nick cannot give you a yes no answer to that question EdJ, because he has things to hide in the darkness.
Why rely on the Evil One Nick? Let your yes be yes and no be no. It is a fair question Nick. You should be feeling bad about this.

Hi Ed,
As President Obama was born in Hawaii the anointed Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
But just as Obama was yet to named or to become the president
Neither was the baby named or anointed.
Let me interpret this for all to see. Nick basically said that neither was Jesus the Christ in the context of the child Jesus.
Let’s apply a simple acid…[Read more]

Yes the Messiah was born.
Yes the Christ was born.
Yes the Saviour was born.
Did you doubt that a man was born to fulfil the promises of God?
I agree Nick.
