Heaven Net is dedicated to freedom of speech in our forums. While posts are moderated, we do not clamp down on opposing views like many platforms do today. Instead, we moderate the likes of spam, forum flooding, hate speech, and dodgy content. Opposing views will be challenged for sure, but not silenced.

    Proclaimer I also am a strong supporter of free speech,  but I believe everyone should be held accountable by law  for what he or she says.  Espically if it is character damaging and untrue. I believe a person doing that,  should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, So we are taught to measure our words, for the pain and suffering they can cause others.

    Words can inflect pain and cause suffering on people, needlessly,  and those who practice such things should be held accountable,  by law and suffer damage for doing it.

    As for  liberty we all have it in a free country, but not to do what ever we  want to do or say what ever we want to say without consequences as you see going on today. Our freedom is for the exercising of “proper” behavior. Not fility, evil, or slanderous behavior like you see today, because there is no one being  held accountable . IMO

    Proclaimer……. whatever, all  words should be under the same scrutiny,   How else are you going to know if it is a lie or the truth?  Truth always brings to light  the truth, while a lie is deceitful and brings to ruin and is of the evil one.  Both have consequences, one good,  one evil .

    My Dad taught me when I was a child,  it takes a thief to be a liar, and a liar to be a thief,  they are the exact same.

    Scripture tell us we shall give an account of every word we have uttered.   This whole idea a person can say whatever they want and have no consequence is a corruption of freedom of speech in my opinion. Everyone and espically MEDIA NEWS should be held accountable for what they say, if it is  a lie they should suffer the consequences for it. If it is a lie and damages someone in any way they should have to pay for it.

    This is  why we have all this massive amounts of misinformation here in the US, to the point no one knows the truth anymore, with all the lying press and media constantly lying about things, 24/7.  We have become a nation of liars and misinformation.  You can hear anything you want to hear, what ever makes you feel good.  As we drift further and further into not knowing the truth from a lie.

    Lies that causes everything that was black and white, right and wrong  before, to become gray, and then the evil becomes acceptable as we more and more corrupt ourselves. All brought about by lies and false words.

    But there will come a time of acountability for all of us, of what we have said and done.

    Just as we hope lies are exposed in the government, we hope the lies are exposed on Heaven Net.

    There are the deceivers, those deceived by the deceivers, and thankfully, the ones that promote truth and follow the truth. I would guess that most all of us that post on HN regularly,  believe that they sincerely are of the group that promotes truth.

    However, since there are all of us that promote either one of these completely opposing beliefs:

    YHVH is a unity of Father, Son, and Spirit.

    OR

    YHVH is not a unity but is only one person who is called the Father…

    One of those two opposing  beliefs has to be a lie.

    Those members promoting the lie have been deceived. I don’t sense that any of the regular members here are intentional deceivers but instead merely deceived. So when we talk about needing a truthful election and fraud to be exposed, we have to look to this forum and see that WE need the same thing right here. We should all want the truth to be revealed SO MUCH that we are open to the truth ourselves. We need to ask God to expose what is of Him and what is not of Him in our beliefs and how we have been deceived ourselves before pointing the fingers at the Republicans, the Democrats, the media, etc.

    Do any of us want the truth so bad that we are willing to admit that we may be wrong and then be open to letting God expose what lies we, ourselves, have been believing? If we, as a very small group here on HN have completely opposing views of whether YHVH is a unity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit or YHVH is not a unity but just one person referred to as the Father, yet we all claim to believe that the Bible is God’s word and that Jesus is the Messiah, how can we expect the world to be in anything but even greater disunity? Unity needs to start in those that proclaim Jesus as the Messiah, those of us right here on HN.

    Unless we are willing to be shown where we here at HN are wrong and repent, we should not be blaming the political right or the left for their error.

    We want to be on the side that stands for truth regarding the election, right? How much more do we need to be on the side that stands for truth regarding whether YHVH is a unity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit or YHVH is not a unity but only one person referred to as the Father of  Christ.

    I write this with love and  hope for unity in truth for us here on HN. I’m sure that is God’s will. Let it be so.

    Agreed. Logically speaking, one or both are a lie. Both cannot be true.

    To all, it says, “let God be true and every man a liar”. ,  we have all shared missinformation at times in our lives.  no one has all truth, for we know in part and we see as looking through a glass, according to the apostle Paul.  So seeking truth is a inquiry, we must seek it, ask for it, and knock for it to be opened unto us.

    SO WHEN SCRIPTURE “CLEARLY” SAYS, something we need to except it as truth, if the wording or word meaning hasn’t been changed, or altered  by translators either knowingly or unknowingly over time.

    God the Fathers desire for us all

    1Ti 2:3-5….. This is good and acceptable in the sight of GOD our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the “knowledge of the truth”. For there is “one” God, and,  one mediator between God and men, the “Man” Christ Jesus. 

    John 17:3…..And this is the life eternal, that they might know you,  THE “ONLY” TRUE GOD,  and Jesus Christ,  (the anointed one),  who you have sent. 

    That is the truth clearly written but who here “truly”  accepts it and  believes it exactly as it is written, without adding all kinds of thing to it?

    Proclaimer. …..Yes it was promised him “before” his comming into his existence, by his birth on this earth, and he recieved it after his resurection from the dead , as scripture testifies.

    It doesn’t say that. You added in ‘promised’.

    Allowing free speech also means you allow people to say things that are not correct.

    PC,

    I do appreciate that you allow opposing view points here otherwise how would anyone get sharpened. I know you also have to block posts by spammers which is good. So, there is some form of censorship that you have to do while you block some “new members” posts due to what you determine as spamming.

    What is happening on the main social media sites is really alarming, they are going way beyond blocking spammers. Perhaps the people left to tweet on Twitter will challenge each other when agreeing with each other becomes boring. Maybe that needs to happen in order for the “left” to challenge each other and become less hard-hearted. I’m just rambling here.

    Anyway, thank you for all the work you put into organizing and protecting the integrity of this forum , allowing discussion of views that oppose your own, according to reasonable guidelines.

    Also, thank you for correcting the ability to add screen shots.
