your question is ludicrous and does not need an answer

    Ed’s Question:
Do you agree that “the Spirit of Christ” didn’t father himself? y/n
(Remember “I don’t know” is also an acceptable answer)
    Nick’s Answer:
    A. “No”

Your answer is “No” then correct?

    Hi Ed,

Should we answer you according to your folly?

It is nonsense to even suggest the Spirit has a father.

Why should I join in your insult to the Lord God of Israel?

    Ed,

Do you understand that Jesus is claiming to be the mediator between God and humanity in Matthew 10:32-33?

EDj….Your view, completely subverts JESUS’S HUMANITY and denies GOD’S “ANOINTING” SPIRIT HE RECIEVED INTO HIM at the JORDAN RIVER, it makes THE MAN JESUS DIFFERENT THEN WE ARE, therefore, you are denying him as your brother, even though scripture says “he is the first born of “many” brothers”. You do not relate with him nor see him as a fellow human brother. IN EFFECT YOU ARE NOT ONLY DENYING JESUS’S HUMANITY, YOU ARE DENYING GOD AND HIS WORK “IN” HUMANITY.

peace and love to you and yours. …..gene

    Hi Ed,

You seem to be confusing the spirit of Jesus with the Spirit of Christ.

    They are not the same.

The spirit of Jesus left him.

    It is mentioned in scripture

    Jn 19.30

When Jesus had received the sour wine he said

    ‘It is finished”

and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

But the Spirit of Christ abided and raised him from the dead.

    1Peter 3.18

“…having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit;..”

    Rom 1.4

“who was declared with power to be the Son of God by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our lord”

    Hi Kerwin,

In more term he is claiming Messiah-ship, but I will go with your conclusion as well (:

    Hi Ed,

Jesus had his own spirit and he was led by the Holy Spirit given to him

    Rom8.16

The Spirit himself bears witness with our own spirit that we are children of God.

    Hi Nick,

“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ
from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.” (Romans 8:11)

“Spirit of him” – “Spirit of who?” – who it the “HIM” referring to in Romans 8:11?

(simple question Nick – please do not dodge)

I did not ask: was Jesus led by the Holy Spirit given to him ???

“Yes” “No” or “I don’t know”

    Hi ED,

I gave you more detail than you asked for but still you are unsatisfied?

Jesus Christ had his own spirit AND the Spirit given to him at the Jordan

    Rom 8 explains it

    The Spirit of Christ.

Hi Nick, Bingo – You got it right now!

You have said earlier that the “HolySpirit” is “The Spirit of God”.
And now you say that “the Spirit of his Son” is “the Spirit of Christ”.

Now if you would just believe what you have already confessed as the truth!

    Hi Ed,

The Spirit is holy. The one Spirit is the Spirit of holiness.rom 1.4

The servant Spirit of the Son is one with the Spirit of God.

There are many braids but the Spirit is one and holy.

It s a mistake to divide the Spirit.

they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.”
