DesireTruthParticipantWaited three days and you still can’t support what you believe is truth!!
Why do we believe what we believe? The question that almost got me kicked out of the church.
“In the merits of the promised savior”, what does that even mean?!?! The first naturally born children after creation are looking forward to a “promised savior”??? REALLY!!!! What “savior” would they be looking to, it’s the beginning! They only new G-d, and HE talked with them. Can you prove with the Tanakh both Cain and Abel were looking forward to a coming “messiah”?
When are you going to verify what you have been told is the truth? It’s never to late, G-d’s waiting with open arms.

ParticipantPresident Trump Welcomes Archbishop Coakley, President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, to the White House
On January 12, 2026, Archbishop Paul S. Coakley, president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), met privately with President Donald J. Trump at the White House. The meeting was closed to the press, and no official details were released regarding the substance of the discussion. The USCCB—the national governing body of Catholic bishops in the United States that provides guidance to American Catholics and engages policymakers on public issues—later acknowledged the meeting in a brief statement, releasing the following.
• “Archbishop Coakley, had the opportunity for introductory meetings with President Trump, Vice President Vance, and other Administration officials, in which they discussed areas of mutual concern, as well as areas for further dialogue. Archbishop Coakley is grateful for the engagement and looks forward to ongoing discussions.” [1]
When Archbishop Paul Coakley met with Donald Trump, Vice President Vance, and other White House officials to talk about shared concerns and future cooperation, it may have seemed like a normal government matter. However, history shows that moments like this deserve careful attention. More than 1,600 years ago, Constantine the Great faced a divided and crisis-plagued Roman Empire. Instead of keeping politics out of religion, he aligned himself with the church and used it to help restore order and national unity to the empire. That decision gave the government moral legitimacy and the church political power, but it also eliminated the line between church and state, paving the way for the establishment of Sunday laws.
The current political situation feels all too familiar. When political leaders seek the support of powerful religious institutions, and when church leaders gain access to and influence within the government, both sides appear to benefit, but it is the public that ultimately pays the price when freedom and conscience are compromised. History teaches us that what begins as “dialogue” and a search for “common ground” with Rome gradually transforms into political favoritism and religious influence on public policy. That is why this meeting between the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and the White House serve as an important reminder of why the separation of church and state has always been a fundamental safeguard of religious liberty.
“When the leading churches of the United States, uniting upon such points of doctrine as are held by them in common, shall influence the State to enforce their decrees and to sustain their institutions, then Protestant America will have formed an image of the Roman hierarchy, and the infliction of civil penalties upon dissenters will inevitably result.” (Great Controversy, p. 445).

ParticipantCoined The Ecumenical Trinity in the past: Councel of Nicea 325 AD, and present. Sunday Sacredness is dedicated to the Sun god of Rome! They want a One World Religion that unites them all, that is full of compromise and paganism… this is not of God! They have changed times and laws!
In ancient Roman culture, Sunday was the day of the sun god.
-WikipediaNote the following two quotes from the Catholic Church who state that neither is based on the Bible…
“Most Christians assume that Sunday is the biblically approved day of worship. The Catholic Church protests that it transferred Christian worship from the biblical SABBATH (SATURDAY) TO SUNDAY, and that to try to argue that the change was made in the Bible is both dishonest and a denial of Catholic authority. If Protestantism wants to base its teachings only on the Bible, it should worship on Saturday.” — (Rome’s
Challenge,
immaculateheart
com/maryonline, Dec 2003)“Our opponents sometimes claim that no belief should be held dogmatically which is not explicitly stated in scripture … But the Protestant Churches have themselves accepted such dogmas, AS THE TRINITY, for which there is no such precise authority in the Gospels,” — (Assumption of Mary, Life magazine, Oct 30, 1950, p. 51)
Is This Important to them?

DesireTruthParticipantYou are a plethora of contradiction; how can you say it’s only the Catholic faith that is the only religion who wants a “One World Religion that unites them all, that is full of compromise and paganism”? Doesn’t your faith try to win other over to it and if it could “win” the entire world over to it, wouldn’t you find that to be a wonderful thing to happen? Isn’t it the purpose of the church to win those over to its belief system? (Please note: conversions aren’t simply about the belief in the Jesus, but believing what the religions teaches and believes AND you can’t remain in that faith if you believe something different that contradicts the fundamental beliefs of that faith). For example, if I became a member of an Adventist church and a few years later began saying the words of Ellen White were false and started teaching her words were false; would I be allowed to stay? Bottom line, religions are NOT about the belief in the Jesus, but falling in line with what is taught and believed by that particular religious sect.
“The mystery of the Trinity is the central doctrine of the catholic church. Upon it are based all the teachings of the church” [Handbook for todays Catholic Page 1]
This statement is hilarious! You are criticizing the Catholic faith because the trinity is a central belief; YET, according to Adventist.org the belief in the trinity is also a “central doctrine” in your faith. Since the Catholic faith created the trinity belief and your faith also believes it to be truth, wouldn’t that also make you part of the Catholic faith…a daughter if you will??

ParticipantI don’t subscribe to the Trinity.
As for the day of God, the Bible teaches us in both the New and Old Testaments that it is the Sabbath, not Sunday.January 30, 2026 at 10:36 am#947873
DesireTruthParticipantAre you denying a core doctrine of your faith?!?! Are you saying you disagree with a strongly held belief of your religion?!? This belief in the trinity is plastered on your faiths website! An entire page is dedicated to justifying the belief in the trinity. They speak of the trinity as being a “winning team”; they use the same verbiage as the Catholic faith when referring to the trinity “God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.” This sound exactly like the Catholic church! Bottom line, your faith believes in the trinity and is therefore a “daughter” of the Catholic faith…can’t escape that! If you don’t believe in the trinity and your religion does, why are you still there?
I have never disagreed with your stance of when the Sabbath is; I’ve have countered your claim of “Sunday only worship” and that it will never happen as the entire world would have to enact it and not just the United States, which is the nation you continually point out.

The day you begin to understand what is written in Revelation 13( 11-18), then maybe you will change your mind.
Rev.13:11] And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
[12] And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
[13] And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
[14] And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
[15] And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
[16] And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
[17] And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
[18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.January 30, 2026 at 11:49 am#947875
DesireTruthParticipantThe day you begin to understand what is written in Revelation 13(11-18), then maybe you will change your mind.
What am I suppose to understand about it? I read nothing about Sunday only worship.
Still waiting for an explanation of the Jesus’ words of coming quickly in chapters 1 and 22 and how it translates to 2000 years later.
Still waiting for an explanation of what temple John was suppose to measure in chapter 11; was it the second temple before it was destroyed or a third temple
p.s. You have no comment on rejecting a core belief of your religion???
January 31, 2026 at 9:04 am#947876
DesireTruthParticipantIt’s interesting that you haven’t responded yet; apparently there is nothing I am suppose to understand concerning the Revelation 13 passage and how it relates to Sunday only worship. Your lack of response really says, you don’t truly understand why you believe what you believe, you just believe because that’s what your religion said was truth.
What’s more stunning is the fact you reject a core belief of your church and is therefore a lie to you; yet, you are still there. Since they’re lying about the trinity, doesn’t make you wonder what else is being taught that isn’t the truth? Or does this belief not matter; does the church now have a level of acceptable lies?
This is crazy!! I am dumbfounded!

ParticipantFox News Claims that Turning Point USA’s Halftime Show Glorified Jesus and Promoted the Gospel and Christian Culture
Turning Point USA has become one of the largest and most influential religious organizations in the United States. It is deeply embedded in politics, shaping the Republican Party’s message while expanding its faith-oriented grassroots network across the country. On Sunday, February 8, 2026, Turning Point USA hosted the “All-American Halftime Show” as an alternative to the NFL’s Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
Turning Point USA presents itself as a conservative Christian organization, and its halftime show was promoted as a faith-centered alternative to the Super Bowl spectacle—something that was supposed to be morally elevated, spiritually uplifting, and distinctly Christian. Yet in practice, much of the production resembled the very atmosphere it claimed to be contrasting. The blaring music, the high-energy theatrics, and the concert-style intensity felt strikingly similar to the NFL’s halftime show, raising questions about whether it truly offered a different vision or simply repackaged the same formula under a religious label.
However, Fox News enthusiastically covered the event and promoted it across its network. During a live broadcast, commentator Evita Duffy-Alfonso stated that Kid Rock was “spreading the gospel” during TPUSA’s halftime show. Fox News also interviewed Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet, who said on air that the halftime show “glorified Jesus.”
Unfortunately, the scenes from Turning Point USA’s event reflected less the spirit of revival or deep spiritual conviction and more the atmosphere of high-energy sports entertainment. Instead of conveying a distinctly reverent tone, the production resembled a rock concert-style venue, complete with lasers, flame throwers, and pyrotechnics. Tragically, this trend is changing religion—where performance-driven culture with its party-like energy is being repackaged as gospel ministry. What is presented as spiritual renewal can, at times, feel indistinguishable from the same kind of noise and intensity you see in drunken bars or concerts.
A spirit of counterfeit faith has increasingly taken root in churches, as well as in so-called political-religious events. It is shaping the conservative movement to embrace a form of godliness that replaces the power of faith in God with flashy, emotional performances (2 Timothy 3:5). Loud demonstrations, shouting, theatrical displays, elaborate light shows, dancing, and jumping are often presented as evidence of spiritual revival, but these types of behaviors do not glorify Christ or reflect the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit. Instead, this atmosphere trains people to confuse emotional excitement with genuine spiritual faithfulness, gradually preparing the modern church to focus on feelings and worldly stimulation rather than on reverent, biblical worship.
February 13, 2026 at 4:47 am#947882
DesireTruthParticipantWhat hilarity in copying and pasting someone else’s words…AGAIN! Do you verify anything?!?!?
First, the TPUSA “All American Half Time Show” was NEVER pushed as being “christian”; that was how others interpreted it.
Second, the “All American Half Time Show” was always promoted as being an alternative to the vial and disgusting show the NFL had scheduled with the degenerate Bad Bunny (who by the way didn’t disappoint. His performance should have triggered an investigation by the FCC for airing the vulgar and sexually explicit “songs”; but you’re more concerned about the alternative event that was family friendly).
Third, to say “the scenes from Turning Point USA’s event reflected less the spirit of revival or deep spiritual conviction and more the atmosphere of high-energy sports entertainment.” That’s because it was “a rock concert-style venue, complete with lasers, flame throwers, and pyrotechnics.” We call that ENTERTAINMENT!!!!
Fourth, “A spirit of counterfeit faith has increasingly taken root in churches, as well as in so-called political-religious events. This was a counter musical event not a “political-religious” event. Do you get upset when a sports figure writes John 3:16 on their face?
Finally, “Loud demonstrations, shouting, theatrical displays, elaborate light shows, dancing, and jumping are often presented as evidence of spiritual revival, but these types of behaviors do not glorify Christ or reflect the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit.” This wasn’t an event promoting a “spriritual revival” or designed to give glory to the Jesus; if someone does, is it wrong?? Have you have ever been outside your religious bubble, what was written perfectly describes the modern church today.
Still waiting to find out if you truly believe in the Jesus or not because the Jesus says in John 14:12; “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” When was the last time you healed someone or raised them from the dead?

ParticipantCatholic Journalist Says the Top Three Contenders for the 2028 Republican Presidential Ticket are Roman Catholic
Sachin Jose is a journalist for Eternal Word Television Network—a major Catholic media organization and broadcasting network. [1] On February 14, 2026, he published a post titled, “The top three contenders for the 2028 Republican presidential ticket are Catholics—J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio, and Ron DeSantis,” [2] suggesting that, from a Catholic media perspective, these three figures represent leading possibilities for future Republican presidential leadership and could, if political trends aligned in their favor, potentially serve consecutively. If each of them were elected and served two full terms, it could mean the possibility of having a Catholic president in office for the next 20 or more years.
What Sachin Jose is pointing to is more than just a passing political statistic—it carries major prophetic significance. The fact that the leading Republican candidates are Roman Catholic is not just a coincidence; it is a preplanned trajectory. According to prophecy, the United States will ultimately form an image of the beast—understood to imitate Rome. America started out as “lamb-like”—meaning it was founded on civil and religious liberty. But God’s word says that one day it will “speak like a dragon.” That means it will use government power and legislation to enforce religious practices, including Sunday laws, thus moving away from the religious liberty it was originally built on.
In this work of transformation, America’s leading political figures, especially U.S. presidents, play a significant role. For most of our history, this nation was Protestant. Suspicion towards Catholic political power once ran deep. During the election of John F. Kennedy, the nation openly debated whether a Catholic president could act independently of papal influence. That era is gone. Today, Catholic leadership in American politics is not controversial—it has become mainstream, normalized, and even celebrated.
This demonstrates that Protestant America no longer protests. Rome is, by its very nature, a religious-political system that claims to have changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday. And since the final crisis will center on mandatory worship and Sunday legislation, Rome’s growing intrusion into American political power should be considered prophetically significant. This isn’t about individuals like J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio, or Ron DeSantis. The problem has to do with the “healing of the deadly wound”—a restoration of global and political influence to the Papal system after its loss of temporal power in 1798. The steady rise of Catholic influence in global affairs, combined with increasing Catholic presence at the pinnacle of American political leadership, appears consistent with that healing process.
Equally concerning is the convergence between evangelical Protestantism and Catholicism within conservative politics. Once divided by major theological differences, these groups now stand shoulder to shoulder on just about every political issue. America’s religious identity is shifting and, from this perspective, will continue to do so until Washington, D.C., ultimately aligns itself with the Vatican by enforcing policies consistent with its decrees. What begins as influence moves to alignment, alignment to cooperation, and cooperation to control.

“God’s Word has given warning of the impending danger; let this be unheeded, and the Protestant world will learn what the purposes of Rome really are, only when it is too late to escape the snare. She is silently growing into power. Her doctrines are exerting their influence in legislative halls, in the churches, and in the hearts of men. She is piling up her lofty and massive structures, in the secret recesses of which her former persecutions will be repeated. Stealthily and unsuspectedly she is strengthening her forces to further her own ends when the time shall come for her to strike. All that she desires is vantage-ground, and this is already being given her. We shall soon see and shall feel what the purpose of the Roman element is. Whoever shall believe and obey the Word of God will thereby incur reproach and persecution” (Great Controversy, p. 581).

DesireTruthParticipantStill love bashing the Catholics from one side your mouth and from the other say how much you love them. How can you “love” someone when you continually bash them; you “love” someone by building them up, not continually tear them down. We call that double speak; let your yes be yes, and your no be no – pick a side.
Found something quite interesting concerning a member of CONgress, his name is Raul Ruiz from California, he is a member of the Demoncrat party and a Seventh Day Adventist. I thought SDA’s weren’t suppose to get involved in politics (source). What makes this so juicy is he is affiliated with the Demoncrat party, the party that supports abortions, unlawfulness, higher taxes, favors criminals over victims, criminality over justice, and have rejected G-d. Seems we have an individual who has come against the churches stance of remaining impartial and out of politics.
Still waiting for the passages that state the Catholic faith is suppose to be the religion of the WORLD and not just the United States. You do remember this “One World Faith”, according to “christianity”, encompasses the world and includes ALL nations and faiths united into one and not just the United States.
This would mean the over 2 billion people who follow Islam will also have to convert to this world wide faith…laughable! I guess there will be two religions that don’t succumb to this one world religion. Oh wait, I thought it was only the “christians” who would be superior to all other faiths and remain true to the the Jesus so as not to parish.
All this is going to happen in the next six to seven years according to a growing teaching the Jesus will return by 2032/33. When this date also comes and goes and still no the Jesus, what does the christian do? Additionally, when does this tribulation thing start? According to this rising teaching, the tribulation was to begin last year and last year has come and gone and there was nothing. So I guess we can expect the chaos to begin this year…RIGHT!!
Start reading and studying what G-d said and quit relying on manmade interpretations; verify everything!

ParticipantKneel Before Christ the King” Declared as Eucharist is Lifted at Catholic America’s 250th Prayer Event
On March 19, 2026, the Catholic Prayer for America Gala was held at the Waldorf Astoria in Washington, D.C. Organized by Catholics for Catholics, the event brought together priests, laypeople, media personalities, a bishop, and a range of public Catholic figures. The gathering combined prayers and speeches and was intended as a national prayer initiative framed within the context of the United States’ 250th anniversary.
During the celebration, attendees were invited to kneel in reverence as the Eucharist was elevated, accompanied by a call to honor “Christ the King.” This moment reflected a central element of Catholic worship, in which the host is believed to be the real presence of Christ and is therefore given profound veneration. In addition, a formal prayer was offered dedicating America to Mary. This act of consecration symbolically placed the nation under her care and intercession.
The practice of bowing before the Eucharist and addressing it as “King Jesus” stands in direct contradiction to the clear testimony of Scripture and constitutes a serious form of modern-day blasphemy. The Bible plainly declares that Christ offered His body as a sacrifice “once for all” (Hebrews 10:10). It further affirms that He offered “one sacrifice for sins forever” (Hebrews 10:12). And again, Scripture emphasizes that “by one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified” (Hebrews 10:14).
These repeated declarations leave no room for a continual or repeated sacrifice of Christ’s body on earthly altars. To attribute His divine presence to a host and then bow before it is to give the adoration that belongs to Christ alone, thereby violating God’s commandment: “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them” (Exodus 20:4–5).
We must also reject the reverence and intercessory role attributed to Mary because the Bible consistently presents Christ as the only mediator between God and man. Scripture declares plainly that “there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” (1 Timothy 2:5), leaving no room for additional intercessors. While Mary is presented as a faithful servant chosen to bear the Messiah, she is never portrayed in Scripture as an object of prayer, veneration, or a channel of divine grace. Jesus Himself redirected attention away from exalting His mother (Luke 11:27–28), and the apostles consistently taught believers to approach God directly through Christ (Hebrews 4:14–16).
Mary, like all others who have died, rests in the grave awaiting the resurrection, not living consciously or acting as an intercessor. The Bible teaches that “the dead know not anything” (Ecclesiastes 9:5) and that those who have fallen asleep in Christ await His return (1 Thessalonians 4:13–16). Because of this, there is no biblical basis for seeking help, guidance, or access to God through the dead. God Himself warns against turning to the dead instead of the living, asking, “Should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?” (Isaiah 8:19). To seek God through the dead not only contradicts the clear teaching of the Bible but also diverts faith away from the only true and living Mediator.
As the acts of kneeling before the Eucharist and consecrating America to Mary unfolded at this high-profile gala in the nation’s capital—timed deliberately with the 250th anniversary of independence—they show that the growing Catholic influence in American politics is unmistakable. By boldly promoting “Christ the King” through the Catholic Eucharist within a politically spiritual event, the boundary between church and state is gradually disappearing. This closely resembles what happened in history when religious and political powers united, resulting in the persecution of those who chose to follow God’s commandments.
This event exemplifies the fulfillment of Revelation 13, where the second beast, symbolizing Protestant America, exercises its power to enforce the mark of the first beast, ultimately compelling worship in a manner contrary to God’s law. As these developments intensify, Bible-believing Christians are called to remain vigilant, steadfast in the truth of Scripture, and faithful to the seventh-day Sabbath—the true seal of God—amid the rising tide that seeks to substitute human traditions for divine commands, hastening the final conflict before Christ’s return.
Bowing before the elevated Eucharist closely resembles the ancient practice of sun worship, where the sun—often represented by a radiant circular disk—was exalted as the visible manifestation of divine power. In many pagan religions, worshipers bowed before this disk as it was lifted up, believing it conveyed the presence of a god. Presented within the context of Sunday Eucharistic observance, this practice is viewed as shifting focus away from the worship of the unseen God and obedience to His commandments, and toward a system that revives the counterfeit worship associated with Baal, the sun deity of the Canaanites.
“After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances.” Leviticus 18:3
“But in vain they do worship me, teaching fordoctrines the commandments of men.” Matthew 15:9

ParticipantPope Leo XIV Reaffirms the Catholic Church’s Commitment to Unite all Religions to Advance the Common Good
On March 25, 2026, Pope Leo XIV, in a clear effort to promote interfaith unity, praised initiatives aimed at fostering fraternity between Christians and Muslims. He emphasized that all religions share a common witness and expressed his openness to embrace what each religious tradition upholds. Describing these efforts as the work of the Holy Spirit, he called for greater unity among religions for the sake of the common good.
The Holy See Press Office published the following:
• “I warmly welcome you and offer you fraternal greetings. I express my appreciation for your commitment to fostering fraternity between Christians and Muslims … I likewise thank the Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue for its devoted service, which enables the Church to advance in dialogue with followers of other religions, and to promote peace and a spirit of fraternity among all.” [1]
• “The Catholic Church calls for mutual understanding and respect for the followers of other religions, affirming that she “rejects nothing of what is true and holy in these religions,” for they “often reflect a ray of that truth which enlightens all men and women.” Indeed, every authentic journey toward unity and communion undertaken by Christians and by people of good will is the work of the Holy Spirit and requires hearts open to encounter and dialogue so as to embrace one another in genuine fraternity.” [1]
• “In this regard, your ongoing dialogue with the Dicastery is a positive sign, calling Christians, guided by Christ’s love, to foster communion and deepen our commitment to Christian-Muslim cooperation for the sake of the common good. Through such efforts, peace, justice and hope will increasingly flourish in African societies and beyond. I likewise trust that these encounters will bear fruit through the sharing of grassroots initiatives to promote social friendship, the strengthening of partnerships, and a common discernment of those areas requiring urgent action.” [1]
Pope Leo XIV emphasizes that this so-called common witness between Christians and Muslims demonstrates how the world’s religions can unite to promote peace and the common good. This reflects the accelerating momentum toward religious solidarity under papal leadership—a development that Bible prophecy identifies as necessary for the formation of the end-time global religious system foretold in Revelation 13 and 17. The ultimate goal is to move beyond our doctrinal differences, declaring that every belief system—including atheism, pantheism, and pagan spiritualities—is equally sacred and contains divine truth. The “common witness” and “common ground” now being promoted will soon make way to a common day of rest—a unified day of worship enforced upon all. According to Pope Leo XIV, our world cannot progress toward true peace unless it embraces a universal fraternal mission that every religion must accept. Through ecumenism, he is urging churches to set aside their distinctive doctrines and peculiarities in favor of a united global mission. He calls believers to come together on earth now since he believes all will be united in heaven anyway. In his view, every religion contains something sacred and worthy of respect.
To adopt this position is to abandon the true Christian faith. Tragically, more and more Protestant churches are embracing these dangerous ecumenical sentiments, not knowing that this is preparing the way for the final union of church and state foretold in Bible prophecy. A false unity will lead to the enforcement of the mark of the beast and the persecution of those who remain loyal to God’s commandments and the seventh-day Sabbath.

DesireTruthParticipantI think I have finally figured out your religious beliefs; you believe you are “the remnant Church of end-time Bible prophecy” and believe you have a “special role as ambassadors of God’s kingdom and messengers of the soon return of Jesus Christ.” The religion has been “enlisted as co-workers with God in His mission of reclaiming the world from the power and presence of evil.” Thus, you believe you are more special than even other christian faith.
The reason you believe this “special” status has to do with the observance of the “10 Commandments” (to whom where they given, the world or to Israel at Mt. Sinai?). You believe those “who will make up this end-time remnant are those ‘who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.’” In the end it’s these commands that are the focal point of the SDA faith and those who aren’t following all of them will NOT be part of this “remnant” that will enter G-d’s kingdom. The ONE command that stand above all others is the fourth and what I find interesting/insulting is your religious system isn’t concerned about the “unbeliever”; it’s more concerned about other religions and them following your beliefs, specifically Saturday Sabbath worship that you believe is the line of following G-d or not. In fact the SDA has a book out there that “teaches” how to talk to other faiths and how to convert them to the SDA faith. You aren’t concerned with the salvation of the “unbelieving lost”; you’re concerned with getting other christians to believe the same as you.
The arrogance of your faith to believe you are better than all others out there because you worship on Saturday verses Sunday is mind blowing. When the Jesus said “those who keep the commands of G-d” (Rev 12:17), he wasn’t saying to keep only “ten”; he was telling his target audience, the Jewish people, to keep ALL the commands…all 613. The reality is your faith has fallen quite short of what the Jesus said when he said heaven and earth will pass away before the law does and his target audience again was the Jew and they have 613 commands. So by your own belief system, you aren’t going to heaven either. How do you NOT see this?!?!? You have to ignore this fact and by doing so you’re following man and NOT G-d. You become another religious sect claiming you are right and all others are wrong, pretending to follow G-d. Read the Tanakh for truth, it will set you free from the chains of religion.
Curious, why do you only target the Catholic faith; why aren’t you targeting the Baptists, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Jehovah Witnesses, Later Day Saints, or any of the multitude of others faiths out there? Why just the Catholics, your religion says to target them all.

ParticipantMSN News Misrepresents the Seventh-day Sabbath, Falsely Claiming it Belongs to Israel, Not Christians
On March 20, 2026, MSN News published an article claiming that keeping Saturday as the Sabbath was intended only for Israel and not for the Christian church. It further falsely stated that neither Jesus nor Paul ever spoke about the Sabbath, using this claim to reject the seventh-day Sabbath altogether. Once again, this type of reporting by the mainstream media aligns perfectly with longstanding Roman Catholic teachings on rest and worship and contributes to the growing movement to promote Sunday within society.
MSN News published the following:
• “The Bible says that the Sabbath, the fourth commandment, was a sign given to the nation of Israel. Christians do not keep the biblical Saturday Sabbath, because Christianity is not Israel, and because the Lord Jesus Christ is our rest. We try our best to keep the moral commandments of the law, which Jesus summarized as “love thy neighbor as thyself.” When listing commandments to follow, as recorded in the New Testament, neither Jesus nor Paul mentioned the Sabbath—just the moral commands.” [1]
First, the argument that the Sabbath belongs only to Israel ignores its origin at Creation. The Sabbath was not introduced at Sinai; it was established in Eden when God rested on the seventh day: “And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.” Genesis 2:2-3.
This took place long before the existence of the Jewish nation, indicating that the Sabbath was designed for all of God’s children. Jesus affirmed the universal application of the Sabbath when He declared, “The sabbath was made for man” (Mark 2:27). The language includes all nations and people, not only Jews. Therefore, to dismiss the Sabbath on the basis that Christians are not Israel is to overlook the clear teachings of the Bible.
Second, while it is true that Jesus offers spiritual rest to the weary (Matthew 11:28), Scripture never presents this rest as a replacement for obedience to God’s commandments. Instead, Christ’s rest addresses the burden of sin, not the removal of the moral law. The idea that spiritual rest eliminates the need for obedience is not biblical. Christ is our righteousness, but it does not eliminate the need for righteous living. Christ being the truth does not eliminate truth. And Christ being our rest does not abolish the Sabbath commandment.
Hebrews 4:9 explicitly states, “There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.” The Greek New Testament word for “rest” in the verse is “sabbatismos,” implying Sabbath-keeping. The verse literally says that there remains a “Sabbath-keeping” for the people of God. This indicates that the Sabbath continues to hold relevance even after the cross.
Third, the claim that Christians must only follow parts of the moral law ignores that the Sabbath is part of it. The Ten Commandments, written by the finger of God on stone, represent an unchanging moral standard. The fourth commandment—“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8)—stands in the middle of this law, not apart from it. There is no biblical basis for removing one commandment while retaining the other nine. To do so undermines the integrity of the entire law, as James 2:10 warns that breaking one point makes one guilty of all.
Fourth, the claim that neither Jesus nor Paul emphasized the Sabbath is not true. It’s a lie. Jesus Himself kept the Sabbath regularly, as seen in Luke 4:16, where it was His custom to attend synagogue on that day. Moreover, in Matthew 24:20, Christ instructed His followers to pray that their flight from Jerusalem would not occur on the Sabbath—an event that would take place decades after His crucifixion. This demonstrates that He anticipated the continued observance of the Sabbath among His followers.
Likewise, the apostle Paul consistently worshiped and preached on the Sabbath. In Acts 13, Gentiles specifically requested that Paul preach to them “the next sabbath,” and the following week nearly the entire city gathered. Acts 17:2 and Acts 18:4 further show that Paul reasoned in the synagogues every Sabbath, engaging both Jews and Gentiles. This pattern reflects not a temporary accommodation, but an established practice in the early Christian church.
Fifth, while love is indeed the fulfillment of the law (Romans 13:10), it does not replace the law. Paul himself illustrates this by listing commandments such as “Thou shalt not steal” and “Thou shalt not kill” immediately after affirming love as the fulfilling of the law. In the same way, the Sabbath commandment expresses love toward God by setting aside sacred time for Him and love toward others by ensuring rest for all. To remove the Sabbath on the basis of love is to misunderstand love’s relationship to obedience.
The Sabbath serves as a sign of God’s authority as Creator and a symbol of loyalty to Him (Ezekiel 20:12; Exodus 20:11). In the final message of Revelation, God’s people are described as those who “keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus” (Revelation 14:12). The Sabbath, therefore, is not a side issue but a central expression of obedience and worship.
The claim that Christians are not required to keep the biblical seventh-day Sabbath, Saturday, does not come from the Holy Scriptures. The Sabbath was established at Creation, upheld by Christ, practiced by the apostles, and embedded within God’s moral law. Far from being abolished, it remains a lasting sign of God’s authority and a call to faithful obedience.

DesireTruthParticipantThe question has never been whether G-d established a day of rest at creation, it is when. What day did G-d start creation so we know what day was the last? We use a calendar today to count time; there was day and night at creation. I’ll ask again to whom were the “10 Commands” given at Mt. Sinai, Israel or the world?
In NOTHING you copied and paste from Andy Roman do you explain why the SDA faith is superior to all others because you worship on Saturday vs Sunday. Or how the SDA faith is the “remnant church” and the “chosen ambassador” for G-d in the end times. Or why the SDA doesn’t care about the “unbeliever” as much as they do in “CONverting” other christian faiths. These are the questions I want answered; I want scriptural proof the SDA is “the true faith” and all others are false. Explain how you can believe the prayers of other faiths never make it to the ears of G-d because they don’t worship on Saturday (an Ellen White quote). If you don’t believe this, how do you still follow the person who said it? Wouldn’t following and support someone who said this, is to follow a liar?
Again, as I have asked this before, what is the “moral law”; can you list all the commands G-d gave Israel that are considered the “moral law”? If you only have the “ten”, then you haven’t read any of the 613 commands given. These 613 commands were summed up by the Jesus “to love G-d and love others” and the religious leaders he was speaking with agreed with him; because these commands outline how they were to worship G-d and treat/interact with each other.
Take Lev 19:32 “You shall stand up before the gray head and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God: I am the Lord.” Is this bad, do I NOT follow this command? Would you agree it sounds like a good “moral” thing to do or should I follow the words of Paul who says the law was to “point out sin”? We’ve been over this already and you have never explained your position.
When will you verify anything you have been told or are you the sheep of man (in your case a woman), following what they tell you is truth?

ParticipantThe Coronation They Missed Twice…
Yeshua riding into Jerusalem on a donkey was not a gesture of humility. It was a precise coronation protocol — and the crowd knew it.
When David was dying, he commanded that his son Solomon ride on the king’s own mule (פִּרְדָּה, pirdah) through Jerusalem to Gihon to be anointed (1 Kings 1:33-34). The mule/donkey was the Davidic royal mount — not the warhorse of a foreign conqueror, but the deliberate mark of legitimate dynastic succession. Adonijah, the usurper, rode a chariot with horses (1 Kings 1:5). That contrast was intentional and politically loaded.
Zechariah 9:9 isn’t romanticizing weakness. It’s encoding a coronation signal: your King comes to you, righteous and victorious, riding the mount of the house of David.
When the crowd cried הושיעה נא (Hoshana — “Save now!”) and “Blessed is he who comes in the name of יהוה” (Psalm 118:25-26), they were not being spontaneous. They were reciting the Hallel coronation liturgy. They were conducting a royal accession ceremony in the streets.
The Pharisees weren’t offended by enthusiasm. They were alarmed by precision. They told Yeshua to silence his disciples (Luke 19:39) because they understood the claim being made with surgical Hebraic exactness.
The bitter irony: Israel had been waiting for the Son of David to ride in on that donkey — and when he did, exactly as prescribed, in the city of David, with the coronation psalms, the religious establishment rejected the protocol they themselves had preserved.
They were guardians of the script who refused to recognize the King when he performed it perfectly. Here is the counterintuitive reality most Western readers never see:

DesireTruthParticipantWhat of the following did Jesus fulfill? To claim this will happen when the Jesus returns, please tell me where G-d said the messiah was to come twice. Even the Jesus doesn’t say he’ll do any of this! When he comes back, he’s going to judge the world NOT unite it under G-d.
The Messiah must be Jewish
“…you may appoint a king over you, whom the L-rd your G-d shall choose: one from among your brethren shall you set as king over you.” (Deuteronomy 17:15)According to the NT Mary was Jewish, so by default so was the Jesus (read Ezra 9-10).
He must be a member of the tribe of Judah
“The staff shall not depart from Judah, nor the sceptre from between his feet…” (Genesis 49:10)To be a member of the tribe of Judah, the person must have a biological father who is a member of the tribe of Judah. Who’s the Jesus’ daddy?
He must be a direct male descendant of King David and King Solomon, his son
“And when your days (David) are fulfilled, and you shall sleep with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, who shall issue from your bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for my name, and I will make firm the throne of his kingdom forever…” (2 Samuel 7:12 – 13)The genealogy of Joseph states he is not the biological father of the Jesus. The other genealogy is through Nathan and not Solomon.
He must gather the Jewish people from exile and return them to Israel
“And he shall set up a banner for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.” (Isaiah 11:12)Are all Jews living in Israel? Have all Jews EVER lived in Israel since the time of the Jesus? What does christianity teach, that failure to believe in the Jesus condemns you to hell.
He must rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem
“…and I will set my sanctuary in their midst forever and my tabernacle shall be with them..” (Ezekiel 37:26 – 27)At last check, there is NO Temple in Jerusalem. And worse, it was shortly after the Jesus died that the Temple was destroyed! Just the opposite of this prophecy!
He will rule at a time of world-wide peace
“…they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.” (Micah 4:3)Are we living in a state of complete world peace? Has there ever been peace since the time of Jesus?
He will rule at a time when the Jewish people will observe G-d’s commandments
“My servant David shall be king over them; and they shall all have one shepherd. They shall follow My ordinances and be careful to observe My statutes.” (Ezekiel 37:24)
The Torah is the Jewish guide to life, and its commandments are the ones referred to here. Do all Jews observe all the commandments? Christianity, in fact, often discourages observance of the commandments in Torah, in complete opposition to this prophecy (remember there are 613 commands, not only ten).
He will rule at a time when all people will come to acknowledge and serve one G-d
“And it shall come to pass that from one new moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, says the L-rd” (Isaiah 66:23)There are still millions if not billions of people in the world today who adhere to paganistic and polytheistic religions. It is clear that we have not yet seen this period of human history unfold. In christianity it is taught there is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; believe in the trinity or not, you believe in the trinity AND are polytheistic.
You also quote Zech 9:9, which I agree is a Messianic prophecy; HOWEVER, did you read the next verse? Verse 10 “He shall banish chariots from Ephraim and horses from Jerusalem; the warrior’s bow shall be banished. He shall call on the nations to surrender, and his rule shall extend from sea to sea and from ocean to land’s end.” What in this passage did the Jesus accomplish? When did he banish chariots and horses and the bow? When did the Jesus call on the nations to surrender and when did he rule from the sea to lands end? In short, the Jesus NEVER did any of this let alone rule as king in Israel.
The Jesus is NOT the true Messiah as he doesn’t align with what G-d said in the Tanakh. Celebrating Easter is idolatry as it places something between you and G-d. Reject idolatry and return to G-d and find true peace.
Still waiting for why the SDA faith is superior to all others or why you listen to a false prophet.
