You have a couple of major issues,

# 1 You are using the passage out of context, “36 nor by thy head mayest thou swear, because thou art not able one hair to make white or black; 37 but let your word be, Yes, Yes, No, No, and that which is more than these is of the evil.”

You do NOT comprehend what Jesus’s was saying. It has NOTHING to do with someone asking a theological question that is based on their own belief, and then someone being of evil if they don’t answer that question with a yes or no answer.. Such is diabolically STUPID. Jesus was saying that if you are asked to do something or maybe it is to not do something, you simply say yes or no according to the sincerity of the intent of your heart, and not say you will do it as you are able to as if you are a god, as you do not even have the capability to even turn one hair on your own head white or black. When you swear on something that you actually have no absolute control over, you are a fool, you are of evil, as you see your self with godlike capabilities. Only God’s word is powerful and true, where man’s might come from the best intentions but it is certainly not a guarantee, so thus you shall not swear by your word. 

#2 When a human gives a theological question to another human, the question itself might not be read in the way the person who asked it intended, the question could be perceived quite differently. A question can be framed in a way that the reader doesn’t even believe parts of the question is true, so therefore it would be impossible to give a yes or a no answer to it. Just seem self righteous to ask a theological question that is based on a human’s views and then when someone doesn’t answer it according to the demand of yes or no, they are accused of being of evil. . Such is just diabolically STUPID. Common knowledge, as it is an endless occurrence in our world probably on a minute basis, that someone is asked a question and it is perceived in a manner that the person who asked the question didn’t intend. 

Let me give an example,

Question    Ed J: Did Jesus know he was “The Son of God” before Jordan?

Answer      Jodi: Jesus before the Jordan knew that he would become the Son of God at the Jordan…

ME:  The question itself NEEDED CLARIFICATION

THE QUESTION WAS,

Did Jesus know he was “the Son of God” before Jordan?

There are 2 ways one could perceive this question

1. Is the question asking if Jesus believed he was the Son of God before Jordan?

Or

2. Is the question asking if Jesus knew he would be the Son of God before Jordan?

I replied giving clarification to a question that could be viewed 2 different ways by saying,

“Jesus before the Jordan knew that he would become the Son of God at the Jordan.”

My response answered the question as a YES if one is viewing the question according to #2. But since I didn’t know which one Ed J meant exactly and I saw that there could be two ways of looking at the question, I therefore COULDN’T simply answer with a yes or no.

But because I didn’t just answer the question with a yes or a no, that led to the accusation of me being one coming from evil.

It is interesting how Anthony and I have the same belief in one thing but t8 disagrees, t8 and Anthony have things they believe that I don’t, Nick and I have beliefs that are the same that Anthony and t8 don’t believe, but then Nick and t8 have a certain belief that I don’t. You and I have the same belief in just about all things, at least all the major and all the minor areas to God’s word that I can think of. For that I am truly thankful!!

If the question does not make sense then the honest answer is “I don’t know” is it not?
Shouldn’t you want your beliefs understood and tested? You want people to remain in error?
