Our own understanding can be decpetive.

Need to have faith in God and the scriptures, even when they contradict your own understanding.

Believing in eternal torment in fire and believing you are the only truth is very much in line with the spirit of Catholics.

Believe the Spirit and scriptures when they say that man will perish without God.

Do not believe harlots who espouse their own so called truths.

God can destroy the soul. He is the one whom we should show ultimate respect. He gives us life and he can take it away. Men can only kill the body, we do not need to fear man.

And they have love. Love is the fruit that you are born of God. No love, no Spirit because God is love.

The enemy always condemns and opposed everyone who follows God.

And the enemy always opposes, condemns, and shows bitterness toward those that love God. Never has  a god thing to say. Cain hated Abel.

Realising that Jesus was born the messiah is also a good start.

Leave good alone. Some are just realising for the first time that the Trinity is a false doctrine and such need teachers.
