Obviously there is a dark side to the US. It was populated by Christians, Atheists, adherents to other religions, and there is a strong Freemason past. But a nation is essentially people and although there is evil in high places of which we have been told who we wrestle against, Americans have struggled against these people especially today. But…[Read more]

Gene, could it be that you are preaching against the Book of John?
John
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Proclaimer vs Lightenup in the forum Debates 7 years, 10 months ago
Correct. Jesus was never NOT a son of God. That is another difference.
Although he was divine, he partook in our nature so we could partake in his nature. Now he is back in the glory he had with God before the cosmos and we can not only be like him, but with him.

@t8 Where are you located? I love communing with the brethren but I can not sit and absorb things that are not from scripture.
From the utmost part of the earth, New Zealand as some other members here are. OF course being a public forum, there will be all kinds of opinions here, but it is often iron sharpens iron and you do learn through the…[Read more]

Yes I do as I believe all who are born of God are the sons of God.
Of course, as far as being a son, I was not the firstborn son as Jesus Christ is.
Further, I believe he was born son of God, emptied himself, came in the flesh, died for our sins, and is back in the glory he had with God before the cosmos. I cannot claim any such thing. The…[Read more]

If the mountain can be seen at any time then that disproves the globe. If it can be seen at certain times then that supports the FE.
You can’t get something from nothing. If it can be seen at any time then it can be seen – period. However, on a globe it could not be seen at any time. Plus, if it were just “conditions” that allowed for it to be s…

But someone will ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives it…[Read more]

To all… nothing has changed with JESUS’ APERANCE, HE IS THE EXACT SAME PERSON HE WAS, ONLY HIS BODY CAN NOT ANY LONGER DIE, AND HE HAS NOW RECIEVED A CROWN OF GLORY, AS ALL WHO ARE TRUE BELIEVERS WILL.
Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.
But someone will…[Read more]

Please read this one page to see what I believe before judging me. I say this for your own sake not mine. You will not be able to refute it. But if you can, then you have done me a favor because I am not interested in defending my beliefs as right despite the evidence, rather that the truth will win out and make me a better person as…[Read more]

Concordance: “Stood Still”
Mike, you made me pull out the big guns. Three concordances and they are heavy. I use to be able to do this from the Web. I can’t see an online Concordance anymore. Anyone know where there is one? Oh well, manual typing here we come and the books get a dusting.

My guess is leave the Earth where it is (or thereabouts) and draw an imaginary perpendicular line running from the line created by the light dark border and toward the centre of the circumference in the lit up area and place the sun there at some distance. Imagine the sun is the about the same size and obviously, the Earth (vantage point) being…[Read more]

I could also say rockets have been exploding since the 50s.
