Edj….The difference is your presentations are not as accurate as hers, NOR as clearly presented as hers are. But then again she doesn’t use a secret code numbering system to derive answers from scriptures as you do or use too. LOL ☺
Peace and love to you and yours. …..gene
June 28, 2018 at 6:25 am#831536GeneBalthropParticipantEdj….Go read this, Phil 4:8 and come back, and tell us what you think? By the way, the word praise means….(concretey a “commendable” thing), and I do believe her efforts in explaining things by many scriptures and indepth study, are “commendable” and therefore worthy of praise.
Why should it bother you, because i commend her, are you jealous because you arn’t able to expound scriptures as she does.
Peace and love to you and yours. …..gene

Hi Gene,
Neither do I

Yes Gene,
it has nothing to do with praising people for their works.

Ed JMarch 31, 2020 at 11:26 am#861922ProclaimerParticipantGod is Spirit and God is holy.
The Holy Spirit is God’s own spirit.
All spirits come from the Father of spirits.
March 31, 2020 at 11:42 am#861928ProclaimerParticipantGod is holy and he is spirit.
The Holy Spirit.
If the Holy Spirit is another person, then there are two Holy Spirits.
Polytheism.
October 18, 2020 at 8:05 pm#866893ProclaimerParticipantHolySpirit is GOD: The Father of Jesus Christ
I think you believe differently now Edj. Please explain.
October 19, 2020 at 5:31 am#866898Ed JParticipantHolySpirit is GOD: The Father of Jesus Christ
Hi T8, why would I believe differently from what the bible teaches ???
According to Luke 1:35 The HolySpirit impregnates Mary, making the HolySpirit Jesus father…
“And the angel answered and said unto her, The HolySpirit shall come upon thee,
and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy
thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” (Luke 1:35)…and the text goes on to say that Jesus shall be called the Son of God,
which makes his Father “The HolySpirit” GOD.And in case you don’t believe “The HolySpirit” is GOD, Acts 5:3-4 verifies that “The HolySpirit” is GOD…
“But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the HolySpirit,
and to keep back part of the price of the land? 4 Whiles it remained, was it
not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou
conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.” (Acts 5:3-4)____________

Ed JOctober 19, 2020 at 9:16 am#866914ProclaimerParticipantOkay that is all good. But I thought you were saying elsewhere that the Holy Spirit is the Word of God.
October 19, 2020 at 3:58 pm#866926Ed JParticipantOkay that is all good. But I thought you were saying elsewhere that the Holy Spirit is the Word of God.
Hi T8,
The Holy Spirit is the Word of God.
Jesus said: in John 6:63 that the words are “Spirit” – there fore “The Word” is “The Spirit”…
“For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but
“The Word” of the oath, which was since the law,
maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.” (Heb 7:28 (KJV)“The Word” is Jesus’ Father as “The Word” maketh the son.
The HolySpirit maketh the son
“The Word” maketh the sonThe HolySpirit is “The Word”
____________
God bless
Ed JOctober 19, 2020 at 6:52 pm#866933ProclaimerParticipantSo the Word of God is not Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the name of the Christ and he is of course Jesus.
He is also called the Word of God, but he is not the Word of God.
So the Holy Spirit will come on a horse, not the son of God.
And the sword of the Spirit is also the Word of God. So both the Spirit and the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God.
Sorry Ed J, I’m not buying it. It’s very messy and illogical. The picture you paint is full of holes.
October 19, 2020 at 10:31 pm#866944Ed JParticipantSo the Holy Spirit will come on a horse, not the son of God.
Bingo!
October 19, 2020 at 10:39 pm#866945Ed JParticipantAnd the sword of the Spirit is also the Word of God. So both the Spirit and the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God.
Here you’re disagreeing with what you know to be true. How so you might ask?
1. We know “The Word” is riding on a white horse.
2. And asword is coming out of the mouth of “The Word”
3. And we know the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God
4. Thus “The Word” (a the sword) is coming out of “The Word”Which makes your statement therefore true:
Both the Spirit and the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God.
October 19, 2020 at 10:41 pm#866946Ed JParticipantSorry Ed J, I’m not buying it. It’s very messy and illogical. The picture you paint is full of holes.
Hi T8,
Then expose the holes.
That’s what I do when I disagree with someone
October 19, 2020 at 10:47 pm#866947Ed JParticipantSo the Word of God is not Jesus Christ.
That’s right…
Jesus said:”The Word” which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me” (John 14:24)
My words are me.
Are your words your son?
Sorry T8, I’m not buying it. It’s very messy and illogical. The picture you paint is full of holes.
…AND I have exposed the holes!
October 20, 2020 at 12:03 am#866953ProclaimerParticipantI made an assessment that the whole thing is messy and further that the Holy Spirit doesn’t ride horses or land on animals. The Spirit indwells and comes upon people.
So I think in order to make your case, you are the one who needs to prove it because it is not written.
When a person floats a theory it at least has to make sense when you hear it. If it does, you then dig further. But if it doesn’t make sense, then you likely just brush it off. Time is important and you don’t want to waste it after all.
Further, God made all things through the Word. But God made all things through the Son and Jesus Christ.
So God made all things through 3, 2, or 1?
And the fact that you say the Holy Spirit is the Word of God when the scripture says that the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God. That is a discrepancy right there.
October 27, 2020 at 5:54 pm#867107Ed JParticipantAnd the fact that you say the Holy Spirit is the Word of God when the scripture says that the sword of the Spirit is the Word of God. That is a discrepancy right there.
Hi T8,
What is “the sword” coming out of The Word’s mouth in rev. 19:15 if not “The Word”?
This is a serious question, please don’t just blow it off
December 29, 2020 at 11:22 am#868439ProclaimerParticipantThe Word of God is a person. The sword is the word which is an attribute.
Jesus is indwelt by the same Spirit we are or should be.
Making Jesus the Holy Spirit is connecting dots that shouldn’t be connected.
Once again, confusion over identity and nature.
Heaven Net would almost not be needed if there was no confusion over identity and nature.
December 29, 2020 at 12:51 pm#868448Ed JParticipantAs you told me on the other thread…
That is as clear as mud.
We can dialog at least, and perhaps clear up the water of “The Word” a bit
(:

proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.” (Rev 22:1) - AuthorPosts
