Ed,
So you believe you are more intelligent and wiser that God that wrote Scripture?
Once again Scripture does not ask not answer a lot of yes and no questions. If they were better for sharing the truth then Scripture would use them more often. In defending your action you are accusing God of wrongdoing.
So please stop and think or Satan will of what your words and actions imply or Satan will use you to do what you do not want to do. James warns us about Satan’s exploitation of our non-watched tongue with these words.
Hi Kerwin,
What unbelievable spin
spin
transitive verb
3b : to evolve, express, or fabricate by processes of mind or imagination …(Link)Ask me “Yes”/”No” questions and see if I play games and accuse you of wrongdoing.
You are unbelievable

Ed,
“He that has the divine Spirit, which is from above, is gentle and tranquil and humble-minded, and abstains from all wickedness and vain desire of this present world, and holds himself inferior to all men, and gives no answer to any man when enquired of, nor speaks in solitude (for neither does the Holy Spirit speak when a man wishes Him to speak); but the man speaks then when God wishes him to speak.” Hermas (A.D. 150) Ante-Nicene Fathers vol.2 pg.27
February 22, 2016 at 9:20 am#809466MiiaParticipantKerwin, I understand.

Are your thoughts by themselves ‘Ed’ /Ed?
Is your finger by itself ‘Ed’ /Ed?(If I be you, then I expect a Yes or No answer. Your thoughts by themselves or your finger by itself being ‘a part of Ed’ is not an answer according to yourself.)

Hi Miia,
Of course the HolySpirit of God is “God”!

All sons are part of their father – “Yes” or “No”?
February 23, 2016 at 1:12 am#809490kerwinParticipantEd,
You should read my whole post as that would give you more insight into what I am trying to say.
I admit I have not yet learned to make my explanations short in every case.

Miia?
February 23, 2016 at 7:18 am#809505NickHassanParticipantHi,
Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be satisfied.
By the Spirit all the spiritual needs of men are met.
Spiritual hunger and spiritual thirst.
Grace upon grace. By grace you are saved.
February 23, 2016 at 10:48 am#809515kerwinParticipantEd,
Pretty much and post to you as I think as I post and therefore they are apt to develop.

Miia?
Hi Ed.
Not all sons are part of their Father. Some are adopted. God is not a man. God is the father of spirits. What does this all mean? Look to the spirit of Jesus for the divine which was in him.
February 23, 2016 at 11:53 am#809521Ed JParticipantHi Miia,
I didn’t ask if adopted son’s are part of their adopted father; anything to dodge a question!
Now please answer my question…
All sons are part of their father – “Yes” or “No”?
February 23, 2016 at 12:02 pm#809523MiiaParticipantWell Yes all sons are part of their biological father. Why?
February 23, 2016 at 12:03 pm#809524kerwinParticipantEd,
Could you strive to be more peaceful?
“anything to dodge a question” are unnecessary words even if it is true and suspicion does not equal guilt.
There is a time for harsher words but good communications is often ruined by them.
February 23, 2016 at 12:16 pm#809526Ed JParticipantWell Yes all sons are part of their biological father. Why?
Hi Miia,
How quickly our memory fades.
Because I asked…
And your non-answer was…Is “the spirit of Christ” God?
The Spirit of Christ (the Holy Spirit) is a part of God.
So saying all son’s are part of their father IS NOT AN ANSWER TO…
Is “the spirit of Christ” God? …”Yes” or “No”?
Now please, pretty please, will you answer the question I asked?
February 23, 2016 at 12:20 pm#809527Ed JParticipantEd,

February 23, 2016 at 10:46 pm#809551MiiaParticipantEd, are you on something? Do you smoke weed, take medication?
Your questions are designed to confuse people, even if they answer. You can keep them.
February 24, 2016 at 5:22 am#809557kerwinParticipantMiia,
Natural languages are confusing which is why yes and no questions are not the best for communications. They may work with a short explanation but even that can be unsatisfactory.
Ed is coming from somewhere but that somewhere is probably a different knowledge base that you have.
Mystics would say the Spirit is the child of God because it comes from him. That is there method of speech but Ed seems to take literal what is not meant literal.
I have heard that certain drugs can have that side effect but people experience it without taking those drugs.
