Nick  And what I’m trying to say to you is  that Christ sent His Spirit which is the Spirit  of the Father’s  too. the Spirit of truth, the comforter. And said “I will come to you.” It’s Jesus Christ that leads us . He came back in a different form.”I will come to you” God bless.

    Hi Nick,

Biblical facts Nick, Jesus was born at the river and he died and then was born again at his resurrection.

Jesus said you must be born again by water and of the Spirit.

Was Jesus not born by water and of the Spirit at the river?

    Yes indeed he was!!

From there he rose up and was sent out into the world to preach the coming kingdom and perform miracles. From then he had been given God’s Spirit without measure.

We are given the scripture that says when you are born of God you remain without sin, which Jesus did until the day he died.

Acts specifically speaks of Jesus being born by God at his resurrection also, once again as a man with God’s Spirit that would remain without sin.

33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. 34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David.

The first time Jesus was born of God at the river he was able to die, Acts declares NOW at this raising up and going forth in the Spirit he will no more return to corruption.

God raised up Jesus again, a second time, NOW being made unable to die.

    Hi Anthony,

Yes it is very difficult to get flesh bound men to see and hear what is beyond the flesh, the Spirit.

    2 Cor 5.16

    Therefore from now on we recognise no one according to the flesh;

even though we have known Christ according to the flesh,

yet now we know him this way no longer.

    Hi Anthony,

Those who have died in Christ are one with him.

    They sleep till he returns.

If you continue to stumble over the prophetic word how can we walk together?

    Hi Jodi,

    No. Biblical misunderstanding.

He was born again once, not twice.

He died yet lived by the Spirit of life.

We sleep while alive by the same Spirit..

But he visited the spirits in prison, then returned to his original flesh body.

Prrhaps you can show other verses saying he was born again twice.

    If not reread Acts 13

    Hi Anthony,

The Spirit baptism is promised to all generations.

    acts 2.38

…and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

For this promise is for you and your children, and for all who are far off,

as many as the Lord, our God will call to Himself.

    Lk 11.13

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children,

how much more will your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?

The Spirit brings gifts as outlined in 1 Cor 12

Anthony. ..the comforter was not JESUS, it was “in” him, he recieved it at the Jordan baptizm. That was the “spirit of truth” given him by GOD The Father. The reason Jesus said it was with them is because he was with them and had the same spirit from the Father that they were to have also, when he went to the Father he sent “him” unto them. Jesus himself did not come to be in them, but the Father who is Spirit, the same spirit that was “in” Jesus, comes into us also, it’s the same spirit called the comforter.

Jesus said, when the spirit comes, it would not speak of it own, but whatsoever it hears that will it speak, another words, when the spirit hear your thoughts, it will address those thoughts in your mind, but it will not speak on it own, it is the spirit (cognitive of the truth) and “reaveals” to us what is the truth of what we are think about. All who are guided by that spirit of truth, are son of God.

That includes The man Jesus also. The spirit of truth is the common denominator between all of God’s childern including Jesus Christ. It was not the man Jesus who comes to us, he has not returned yet, but the spirit of God who was in the man Jesus came unto us, that is why he call us brothers. Because we all who are born of the spirit, have one Father, even God.

Jesus himself is not now or ever will be a spirit, he is a flesh and bone person who will return and establish the Kingdom of his Father Kind David forever, and after the thousand year rule, he shall turn it over to GOD THE FATHER, and he himself will become subject to God the Father forever. Just as said in scriptures. “That God may be all “IN” all. 1 Cor 15:28

These pagan derived asumption that we are to become “spirits” is completely false, no scripture say we
    HUMANS are to become spirits.

Peace and love to you and yours. …..gene

NO Nick he died and committed his spirit to God, he took his last breath and God took his spirit, meaning he NO LONGER HAD HIS SPIRIT, that is because he DIED.

You deny what death is, you deny that God took the spirit of Jesus.

You’re in complete denial!! And you have the guts to accuse Gene and I of denying scripture?? Your a hypocrite who does not stand in the truth.

NO Nick, Acts says he was specifically BORN at his resurrection AGAIN, NOW being given incorruptible flesh, as the flesh he had before was corruptible, but God after Jesus died would not let decay set in, but would raise him before that decay process took place.

I follow the WORD of God, you are clearly following traditions of men, heathen doctrine, Plato doctrine. You have put the ideas of men against plain scripture.

Acts specifically says that Jesus was BORN by the Spirit upon resurrection.

You’d rather believe in fables of self-righteous vipers of whom Jesus called likewise hypocrites, then the word of God.

You are still in the flesh, as their fables are tantalizing to you, you soak up their sins and their blasphemy is YOUR blasphemy.

    Hi Jodi,

    Me blasphemy?

It is not I that ascribed the words of Jesus to pagan superstition.

Yes he died and his human spirit returned to God. But being born of the eternal Spirit from the Jordan he remains alive to God along with Abraham , Isaac and Jacob.

I will never leave you or forsake you.

    Hi Jodi,

You have put layer after layer of scriptural misunderstanding in your dogma,

and because of this you cannot understand what eternal life in the Spirit is.

    Hi,

    Matt 12.31

Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven. Whoever speaks a word against the son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or the age to come.

Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the words of God by that Spirit.

If you say that his words are from his surrounding culture of pagan superstition you take a big risk.

It is less dangerous, but still foolish, to speak against the human vessel

And it does relate to what you speak, not what you write.

    Hi,

    Mark3.28

    ‘Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;

but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin’

    -because they were saying

    ’He has an unclean spirit’

So do not speak evil of the words of Jesus Christ.

They are of the Holy Spirit.

    Hi,

    Lk 12.9

And everyone who speaks a word against the son of man, it will be forgiven him,

but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him.

    A third witness.

The words of Jesus Christ are the words of the Holy Spirit in him.

‘My words are spirit and they are life.’

    Take care with your teaching.

    Gene,

Did you miss this post to you?

    Gene,

    you said:

because you reject him comming into his “existence” in flesh and blood exactly as we have,

Just by the fact that you wrote that comment shows that you cannot read/comprehend what I believe. Where have I ever rejected that Jesus came in the flesh and blood just like our flesh and blood?

Before you go around appointing who is an antichrist, you should get your facts straight!
