…therefore the only son would not be the prototype.
Not so. In Greek, the word for firstborn is protótokos which is where we get our word ‘prototype’. In English, the word prototype is taken from the Greek, prototokos. It means the first or the basis for a new design.
Regardless, God was not born. The Son was born from God. He came from God.…[Read more]

Even a child knows that the child is the same type as their father, therefore the only son would not be the prototype. The father would be the prototype of his only begotten son who would not have any siblings of the same type of both he and his father since he is an only begotten.

Not sure which is best. While revelation from God is the best, it is open to controversy. Sometimes people say they get revelations from God when they are no such thing. Science is another way. Testing something continuously to see if it is always true. Of course, science is only good for physical things. Common sense is also another way to…[Read more]

Not disagreeing with that.
He is the father because he has produced offspring.
But he has and always be God.
And Jesus is his Son.
First son. The prototype.

Even a child knows that with every father, there is a son or daughter that “made him a father”. No one becomes a father independently of their offspring.

Shall we examine what scripture and reasoning says about whether the Father is:
independent from the Son
or
interdependent with the Son
in order to be the one true God.
I hypothesize that the Father is interdependent with the Son in being the one true God, not independent from the Son in being the one true God.
As I understand it…if…[Read more]

Understanding God is not for the intellectual, but everyone. A child can believe in the one true God. People who say otherwise have to resort to mental gymnastics and claim they are more intelligent. But the wise of this world are fools.

It might be too intellectual for you, not sure. 🙂

I ALREADY DID IN THE POST#941611 ADDRESSED TO Jodi and Gene.
This wasn’t aimed at you. It was aimed at anyone who believes that the Word was WITH God.

Hi Proclaimer,
YOU: The Word was WITH God.
Then we are taught that Jesus Christ is with God now, and in the glory he had with the Father before the cosmos.
Deal with it.
I ALREADY DID IN THE POST#941611 ADDRESSED TO Jodi and Gene.
Nevertheless
Let’s DEAL WITH IT AND BE MORE SPECIFIC FOR THE SAKE OF TRUTH.
You: Something was WITH God before…[Read more]

There are a number of ways to confirm truth.
But the question is whether you believe scripture or not.

Crucifying your own will is free will. It shows two things:
- That you have a will and it may not necessarily line up with God in all things. Having your own will means you can choose things you want.
- That you can see that God’s will is better do what he wants as opposed to what you want. You are freely giving up your desires or desire to not…

Proclaimer……No that is anexample of putting his “will” to death, your making it like there is a will and there is a “freewill”, that dosen’t work you either have simply a Will, that is druven by your own desires, or you have a “freewill”, that is “free” of any enfluences. Which is it you can’t have it both ways.
