Hi to all
Here is the Daily Devotional
JONAH ANGER MANAGEMENT, PART 1
Nineveh was the capital of Assyria, the ruling empire of the day, home to not only the king but also “more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons” (Jonah 4:11). At one point it was the largest city in the world—and, as most cities go, incredibly corrupt. Jonah had be…[Read more]

“Jesus Christ being the first born of all creation and having first place in all things”. Does this mean Christ preexisted or he was first to be raised from the dead and receive God’s glory?
“If Jesus Christ is not the Word or the first to be with God then who was?” Christ is the flesh that came from the word; the…[Read more]

The New Testament shows us clearly that Jesus Christ existed in the form of God and he emptied himself and came in the flesh. If we reject Jesus Christ as the Son of God, firstborn of all creation, messiah, and the Word of God, then we reject the New Testament. That is fine as we have free will to choose to believe or not. We can only choose for ourselves.

Yep.
I would never teach people that the bible teaches a flat earth. That would be a lie.
I also wouldn’t teach the earth was flat from a scientific viewpoint as the evidence is overwhelming that we live in a universe filled with galaxies, suns, planets, and moons. And because of gravity, shapes that are not spherical will eventually break up…[Read more]

You take off on a long dissertation on the Talmud and Pharisees and miss what I actually said. The quoting was only to show what the Jews believe.
Please explain Deut 18:15,18 and how we have a preexistent Christ. Look up Hellenism, this thinking was infiltrating the early church.

“This is what the Jews believed concerning the Messiah, from Everyman’s Talmud: The Major Teachings of Rabbinic Sages (pg347):

Are you going to refute the Jewish mind? Prove scripturally what I have said is wrong!
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through…[Read more]

because this wasn’t the Jewish belief.
Jewish belief denies that Jesus is the Messiah. If Jewish belief is the standard for truth, then why do you believe that Jesus is the messiah? Or maybe you don’t?
For I, brethren, would not have you be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits: that blindness in part has h…[Read more]

In John’s first epistle, he is warning of falsehoods coming into the early church and to be careful of them. This is less than 50 years after Christ’s ascension. I am puzzled how we don’t see the preexistence doctrine as a man made belief, let alone the trinity. Christ referred to himself as a son of man, meaning he was man, of mankind – not som…
