Of course the further you get from truth the more wrong everyone else seems to be.
Listen to the Spirit
This is true. The further you depart the truth, the more wrong everyone else seems.
Instead of judging others, we should instead judge ourselves and judge the teachings people bring here.
Jesus Christ came in the flesh.

You can argue with scripture about Jesus being a man and that flesh contributes nothing.
This is not an issue for me. You are the one who introduced the idea that Jesus is but a flesh being and Christ is the Spirit, thus Jesus Christ is the combination of the Spirit entering the man Jesus. It is you who is firing that gun, thus any crossfire is…[Read more]

TAKE THE Carnal view point, AND NOT UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH OF WHAT HE WAS SAYING,
So the carnal view of ‘I am’ is ‘I exist’ and the truth is ‘I am’ means ‘didn’t exist, but was only talking of existing in the mind of God’?
Wow, an opposite meaning is derived from the simple text.

Thanks Andrew. You are correct.
I want to establish exactly what he means by the Spirit speaking as opposed to Jesus speaking.
We read in scripture that Jesus said this and that. It says Jesus. While Nick I suppose would say that Jesus (flesh) counts for nothing, thus he would have written it as the Spirit in Jesus said this and that. He gets…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum Preexistence 10 years, 3 months ago
Mocking the Spirit is unwise.
So you are not speaking then Nick, but the Spirit in you?

The only way that would work is if the Ottoman Empire was the Last Empire, which is the one of clay mixed with iron.
Well yeah, that is what has been said all along.
As mentioned in the opening post, the idea with this view is that the Ottoman Empire is indeed the seventh and then a deadly wound kills the Beast for a time, and an Islamic Empire…[Read more]

Nick, I am not concerned for me with your attacks, I am concerned for you. That is the truth. God is my witness.
Some call it bullying what you do here, but I would prefer that you challenge the idea or scripture, rather than judge the person.
I know that you have chased some off here with these kinds of attacks, but I let it be as everyone is…[Read more]

T8…..Do you truly, bow you knee and honor Jesus, “TO THE GLORY OF GOD” or is it to the GLORY OF JESUS?
I do the following or at least try to. What about you?
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.Proclaimer replied to the topic Upon this rock, Jesus Christ built his Church in the forum Truth or Tradition 10 years, 3 months ago

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
Notice it says, “this rock”. That means it is specific to the context and not general.
What you teach is this:

If the Spirit of God wrote the bible through human vessels why do you not give the glory to God?
More accusations. You assume too much about others based on your own limited understanding.
If you are led by the Spirit, you will love others and not subject them to condemnations, accusations, and falsities.

Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. Not fine.
Bible: Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
Nick: Of course Jesus was made both Lord and Christ so was not conceived or born as such.

Hi t8,
You are mistaken as usual and quick to point fingers.
Unable to discern prophecy you take it as actual and present.
Bible:
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph,
When Elizabeth…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? 10 years, 3 months ago
