God speaks to us from our own experience
When we say the sun rises or sets, we are describing what we perceive without any of us actually thinking that the sun literally rises or goes down. This is true of both Globe and Flat Earthers today. King David or Solomon may have thought this was literal because they saw it that way and probably just…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Firstborn of/over all creation in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years, 11 months ago
Hi T8,
No humans were not around, God and His POWERS were, and His word is Powerful and true,
The Word was WITH God. Through the Word, God created all things. Through the son of God, God created all things.
He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made.
The Son is the…[Read more]

GoFundMe Idea #1
Seriously guys. Instead of trying to indirectly put the Bible into disrepute, why not start a GoFundMe page for the following mission.Hire an aircraft that can carry lots of fuel along with a pilot. Fill the plane with Flat Earthers equipped with video cameras. Go to Christchurch in New Zealand where most aircraft takes off when…[Read more]

Dig said: I’m not sure you understand what “line of sight” means. Anyway, you are correct that the curve should be noticable if you measure it. The “measurable” curve would be over 6,600 feet for the rail gun’s range. Do you think it is reasonable to hit a target over a mile of curvature when the projectile goes in a straight line? Keep in min…

That’s what you guys are doing. You think you know today how the world is, and you recognize that the Bible describes it completely differently. And so you are trying your best to force the Bible into describing it the way you think it is – because you can’t stand for the scriptures to conflict with the “truth” of how scientism has described o…

T8: The Holy Spirit came upon Mary.
Did the son come upon himself to reproduce himself in the flesh?
What strange teaching is this.
EDJ: Hi T8,
Yes, the spirit of Christ united with his father’s spirit at Jordan.
So the Holy Spirit that came upon Mary was the Father’s own spirit and the Spirit of Christ merged with the Holy Spirit to become t…[Read more]

Go ahead T8 and LU and Anthony falsely worship Jesus just as the Israelites did with the brass serpent.
Okay.
Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”
Yes he is the son of the living God and I honour him not only as the son, but as the messiah, and the Lord.
Amen.

Hi T8,
I don’t connect with what you said, “the first to be with this eternal God was the Word.”
God’s word is His word, just like your words are your words, the only difference is when God speaks it is backed up with righteous powers, ( Elohiym means POWERS, if you have never read “The Mechanical Translation of Genesis, I suggest you check it o…

Can you put those arguments into your own words…
Can’t you put them into your own words? Or you prefer others to do it for you? Who has the time to convert this whole topic into our own words?
Further, it is not about debating skills with the one having the best skills wins. It is about the truth winning, no matter which side we fall on. So a cl…[Read more]

So I understand what you guys are doing by trying to force the scriptures to say the sun “rises” and “sets”, and by trying to force them to say birds fly “in” the raqia.
Well yes, it is no secret we are pointing out the cherry picking nature of when you can take something literal vs using something as a model to describe something else.
If y…[Read more]

So if the ancient cultures, including the Hebrews who wrote the scriptures, perceived the firmament as solid and the earth as fixed on pillars with luminaries orbiting it overhead, then that would be the perception they conveyed in the scriptures they wrote. You can say they were wrong and that we know better today… but you can’t honestly say t…

Yes what is it with this. The sun sets in scripture and in the Flat Earth model, the sun doesn’t set. Time for a new model to agree with scripture right?

How many heavens are there? Three.
Paul was caught up to the Third Heaven. That doesn’t mean there are only three. To say it does, is to assume he was taken to the highest heaven.

Who is the liar, the one who denies Jesus is the Christ.
I show you that Jesus was born the Christ.
A man under inspiration of the Holy Spirit sees the Christ.
But Nick teaches that he was not the Christ and tries to correct me when I quote the scripture.
And who is the liar, but he who denies Jesus is the Christ.

Yes. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit we was shown God’s messiah, the one born the messiah and the Lord.
But under this other inspiration and some 200 years later a man from NZ says he wasn’t technically the messiah.
So which one is correct. Tough. I will have to think this through carefully.
Christ or Antichrist spirit.
I will need some time.

No Nick. It is you denying that I teach this when in actual fact I teach he is the annointed one.
The battle is in your own head and you can leave me out of your games.
You can sort this one, I know you can do it.

Anthony. Everything was in the Father. He is the source of all. Even the source of the son and the source of all spirits. The Father of Spirits.
The question is however, were all these potentials in God actually self-consciuos or alive as separate beings before being brought forth.
Probably not. Otherwise you would not need to bring them forth…[Read more]
