Quote (karmarie @ July 25 2010,05:21)The Holy Spirit is the bridge to God within. It is the part of your mind—the part of your Spirit—that is joined with the Mind of God. The Holy Spirit is the voice for God and acts as a reminder of Gods love. God loves His children so much that He wanted them to always know that they are safe, they are lov…[Read more]

I suggest this was not the message of scriptures. It is never mentioned of the Spirit as being the “third person of the trinity” anywhere in scriptures. As Michael L. Brown says in An…[Read more]

Wives must be a pretty good thing for them to want so many! Makes ya wonder why the women didn't want a bunch of men…I guess that doesn't say much for the men. Hmmm…The Bible says that the TWO shall become ONE flesh.

Quote (shimmer @ July 23 2010,05:03)You have to know the Father and the Son through the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit knows us; we do not need to understand it. “Now this is eternal life that they may know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.”I never thought of it till I read here, now I have to stop, It's a trap, I was…[Read more]

JA,We would have been friends as well as brother and sister to the only begotten Son of God. If we always did what He and the Father commanded, we would not have lost fellowship with them.John 15:14-1514 “You are My friends if you do what I command you. 15 “No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but…[Read more]

JA,I thought it was pretty late for you. I did answer you. Body type does not make one a brother, sister or mother to the Son of God. Doing God's will is what makes you a brother, sister or mother. No need for coming in the flesh and no need for transfiguration. This is not going anywhere because I have given you your answers…done!

JA,You ask:Quote Was “Jesus” original to be the Mediator – Didn't God REGRET that man had sinned – so then what if he had not sinned?I think you are going to say he would still have been King – so what benefit did he achieve from risking his life seeing that he would have gotten the same reward anyway if man had not sinned…?If man had not…[Read more]

Gene,When was the Son 'something' in the flesh and then made himself 'nothing?' We do know that He had glory with the Father before flesh. At that time He was 'something'…He had glory and was at the side of His Father. When He was made in human likeness, i.e. when He became man, is when He made Himself 'nothing.' imo5Your attitude should be…[Read more]

Wrong JA,No struggle here. It is simple in the scriptures. So, did I answer your question about the reward the Son had for coming in the flesh?
Lightenup replied to the topic Co equal in the forum Truth or Tradition 15 years, 10 months ago
JAWell, it answers your question…right? Before flesh, the Spirit Son did not have anyone in His kingdom. After the resurrection, many will enter His kingdom. Big difference!
