If it is the Holy Spirit OF God it can not be Christ because then it would not be of God but of Christ now if it is of his own then it can not be of God for the reason that it as is own being,

Now we know from scriptures that his written word carries God spirit ,because it was written under the influence of his Holy Spirit ,so anyone that set himself to follow what is written and believe it in his heart as so receive the understanding of it ,as received the spirit of truth what is the Holy Spirit ,

The Holy Spirit can also be given through miracle that we're foretold and that ad to be performed by the anointed one to make the truth come to life this was the way that God glorified himself and his son ,

I am not sure call in a synonym of draw in this case but perhaps it is. I do know God promises those that hunger and thirst for righteousness that they will be filled with a righteousness that is created to be like his. God draws them by that deep desire.
