1)what as this to do with Jesus having faith ???

    2) this does not show that Christ at faith on the contrary it confirms that he is from heaven and that he want his new brothers to be able to join him where he is .

so i still wait for that scripture .???

    it is written
Christ Lived Before the World Was Made

1 The Word (Christ) was in the beginning. The Word was with God. The Word was God.

    NLV

it is not written that the HS is the word in john 1.1

    make your own bible

    Jammin,

I have not claimed the HS is the Word for a while though it is the way the Word is utilized.

(Christ) is a comment and not what is written.

Try to find a more literal version where it is written and not back-filled or a comment and a manuscript to match.

    Jammin,

rev 19.13 states a time will come when Jesus will be called by the name of the Word of God not that he was the Word in the beginning.

Your teaching would never be called a sect of Judaism as it invents a new God, one that was not known by Abraham, Mosses, or Jesus.

Jesus came proclaiming a new covenant not a new religion.

    what are you talking about?
where can you read in rev 19.13 that HE WILL BE CALLED BY THE NAME OF THE WORD OF GOD?

    what version is that?

    do you understand english?

the bible says in rev 19.13
he was called the Word of God.
he was known as the WORD of God
and the title by which He is called is The Word of God.
and his name is called The Word of God.

    etc.

do you understand the difference between he will be called and he is called?

    study english boy.

    you are a false teacher

    Jammin,

Revelations 19:13 occurs at a future time and at that time he is called by the Word of God.

You seem to be trying to use it to claim Jesus was called the Word in the beginning and it does not support that claim.

Jesus, being flesh, came to be called by the name of the Word when the Word was made flesh.

The Word which the Jewish Divine Word doctrines state is a mediator between God and man.

what did the bible say in rev 19.13?

    1. he is called the word of God.
    or
    2. he will be called the word of God.

    choose your answer boy.

    Jammin,

When is Revelations 19:13 speaking of?

A time called in the beginning or a time in the future John foresaw?

i still have a question boy

    Jammin,

You seem to have a problem taking Scriptures in context which is why I believe you refuse to answer my question which would put yours in context.  I answered your question in its context already.

I previously answered that at a time after the Word was made flesh John foretold that Jesus would be called by the name of the Word.  That answer has not changed.

    Demiurge is a personification.

    Personification of WHAT exactly?

    Mike,

Philo, a Jew, uses demiurge, archangel, and other titles usually associated with a person to speak of logos in his version of the Jewish Divine Word Doctrines.

What exactly is being personified as “archangel” and “a god”, and “other titles”?

    Mike,

    The logos.

    Kerwin,

Yeah, but WHAT exactly IS the logos that is personified as an archangel, a god, and other titles?

Oh, so the “Word of Life” in 1 John 1 is the Bible, and NOT the Holy Spirit? Why then would you use that scripture as support for your claim that the Word is the Holy Spirit?

    1 John 1
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. 2 The life appeared; we have seen it and testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the Father and has appeared to us.

Does that last part mean the books of the Bible “appeared” to the disciples? Does it mean those Bible books were at first with the Father from the beginning before they appeared to the disciples?

    Hi Mike,

    1) They are “The Same”(John 1:2) – God's words are spirit.
“The Lord gave “The Word”: great was the company
of those that published it.” (Psalms 68:11)

    2) Um, a, dah, um, because it does.

    3) The life, which was in Christ appeared to them. (Emmanuel with us)
    4) In a way yes, their books were the construct of the HolySpirit
before they were ever written, compiled, and translated.

Jn 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
Jn 3:19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
Jn 3:20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
Jn 3:21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.”

pay close attention on verse 21 second part ,

Rev 19:9 Then the angel said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!’ ” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”

Rev 19:10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit(understanding) of prophecy.”

Rev 19:13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.(Christ the son of God)

so the rider is not his sword,

THE SWORD IS THE WRITTEN WORDS OF LIVE FOR THOSE WHO ARE SAVED ,AND THOSE WORDS HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY GOD ONLY BEGOTTEN SON CHRIST THE SPOKESMAN SEND BY GOD AND CALLED “THE WORD ” IN HEAVEN AND RECOGNIZED AS SUCH BY THE DISCIPLES .

To all…….The words of God came through all the prophets also, And angels to,  not Just Jesus, God and his word are one and the same thing, they are spirit and life,  and those who spoke THE WORDS OF GOD , clearly said those words were not “THEIR” WORDS, but God the Fathers Words, but liars who try to make Jesus a God corrupt this, they are IDOLATERS,  who make other Gods, of any kind . They steal from the one and “ONLY TRUE GOD” and give credit to others, these are all false teachers, corruptors of the word of God.  IMO
