No, Andrew, I don’t see it as a curse at all. I think the biblical writers were unduly prejudiced here.
This explains to me why you believe in the Trinity. You have given yourself authority over the scripture to nullify that which you do not agree with.
I guess proving to you that scripture teaches that God is the Father and cannot be a Trini…[Read more]

but it seems God made these rules, and allowed what he allowed. It doesn’t make sense to me that among other things he made it so that a percentage of animals (just like humans) would be homosexuals.
If you could somehow get access to the above documentary, it would be very helpful in this subject. Not the promo video, but the link abo…[Read more]

I don’t think anyone is born homosexual or heterosexual. We all innately, genetically have sexual impulses. However, our sexual preferences are largely culturally determined. Also, sexuality more than just mere reproductive purposes. That’s why our sex drives are far more active than what would be necessary for mere reproduction. Sexuality…

Sorry. I didn’t find t any of this to be well thought out or very helpful for me.
Because it didn’t agree with your opinion. So you wrote if off.
But Jesus is the truth and his sheep seek the truth. They hear his voice and do not hear the voice of another.
Jesus is the son of God. The Antichrist spirit will deny this. That spirit has men sa…[Read more]

I have no trouble with the notion that God can experience temptation. I could put no faith in a God who didn’t experience temptation. Such a God would never understand us who do feel temptations.
What God are you talking about HH. God cannot be tempted.

HH. As for Nick. Have you felt like leaving this forum because of Nick? I am curious. I do not want people put off from posting here because of him or others. That is counter-productive to the reason this site was set up. I prefer if people leave it is because they cannot face the truth. Not because of bad behaviour or silly spammy posts from any member.

HH.
The verse is simple and clear. I do not even need to explain it.
You seem to preach an opposite meaning by saying that there is one God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
A child can read it as saying, there is one God the Father, and that Jesus the messiah was sent by this God who is his Father.
Further, these words are eternal…[Read more]

Thanks Andrew. I went to Anderson’s website and read his creed. It consisted of the Trinity and other typical statements that most denominations hold to. He is an intense person and that can be good when studying scripture because he will look at everything and leave no stone unturned. Perhaps he should focus on his own creed though, as that is…[Read more]

Can you see that, t8? This is NOT a piece of scripture that you can successfully use to show that there was a time when the Son did not exist.
Kathi. Jesus is called the son and this word ‘son’ has a meaning and a relationship with the word ‘father’. God is the Father and this word ‘father’ has a meaning too.
The fact that God is the Father and…[Read more]

Some of what Nick says is true even if he doubts the salvation of all but himself.
When he says that the Trinity is not true, he speaks correctly.
Please do not throw out the baby with the bath water.
