Did you know: Because radar signals travel in straight lines, the distance from which a ships radar can detect another ship or boat is limited due to the curvature of the earth. Simple deduction tells you that the Earth is round.Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 6 months ago

Jobs Vacancies in Antarctica
Tell the community. There is bound to be at least one flat head who has the qualifications required. What better way to prove the existence of an Antarctica that people can visit.https://www.tradestaffglobal.com/jobs?sort_type=relevance&query=&selected_locations=&submit=Search

I don’t know because it would require knowing how high up the sun is, and if what we see as the sun is the actual sun, or the reflection of it on the inner surface of the dome.
Globe heads worked out the distance of the sun a very long time ago. There are some clever ways to calculate this. Wondering where flat heads are though. Have you guys di…[Read more]

Millions are in on the conspiracy. Even God.
Really? God knows everything and he wants us to believe the world is flat and supposedly wrote about it in the bible, but then during a lunar eclipse, the shadow of earth clearly shows curvature.
Figure that out flatties. Why would God do that?
Because reality. The earth…[Read more]

Regarding your explanation in the post above
Thank you for addressing this.
Next Step:
All you need to understand now is that the you are inside the atmosphere.A bit like a fish that is inside water. What goes on outside the water has little bearing.
And your argument about our atmosphere being immediately sucked out into space is wrong too.…[Read more]

My advise to you is to never say that if you ever preach the gospel. You know the old saying:
Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt
Seriously, your reason is a foolish one to the extreme, but you are free to have an opinion. Just don’t mix Gid unto your argument because:
A little leaven leavens the whole…[Read more]

The world means ‘age’. It is aeon or eon.
But the planet is probably very old and could even have had other worlds / ages / aeons.
to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen.

Genesis 1:7… Thus God made the raqia, and divided the waters which were under the raqia from the waters which were above the raqia.
Very simple question: Does this scripture say there are waters above the raqia itself? Yes or No?
Genesis 1:14-17… Then God said, Let there be lights in the raqia of the heavens… God set them in the raq…

What do you mean “if” he was right? Are you saying it’s possible that he was WRONG? Yes or No?
David would not have been a perfect man. He may be right or wrong if he was referring to the second heaven.
I cannot verify which because Webb Telescope has not imaged a water layer outside the cosmos itself. If that happens, then I could be definit…[Read more]

Mike, you need to take a long hard look in the mirror.
Life is short and we will meet our maker soon enough.
But you can only change while you are here.
Be wise and take advantage of the time you have left.

He would be right if we are talking about the first heaven.
If he is talking about the second heaven, then he may or may not be right. But if he was right and there is water outside the cosmos, then we haven’t discovered it yet. But this has no bearing on the shape of the earth, so you have lost. This is not evidence the earth is flat is…[Read more]
