If so your Jesus is not the Jesus of the bible as the bible teaches he is a MAN and THE SON OF GOD.
Man is body, soul and spirit, not just a flesh vehicle that has no separate life and choices.

Can you not yet see that this is the Spirit, the Word, who indwelled the man speaking?I never ever said Jesus existed as a man prior to coming in the flesh. You seem hellbent on me believing this for some reason.

Whoah! I have missed some things the last few days. I am sorry to hear about this Nick. I’m going to go check out the thread, I just saw the last few posts by Gene, he is right, truly bad form. What other forums are out there, I am wondering at this point.

Yes listening to the Spirit of God (if that is what you mean) is good. Will certainly do that. As for the question, i will hopefully answer that for you when I have time.
And by that same word, the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
