Hi,
Science has become the teacher that men listen to.
The teachings of Jesus Christ are relegated to pagan superstition.
Will there be faith on earth when King Jesus returns.? That depends on you.
Choose life.

Hi,
It is God that creates by His Spirit.
The Spirit given to the man.
The Spirit of Christ.

Hi Gene,
Do you also think that God is unable to protect His teachings from the devious influence of the sons of Satan?
The One Who raises men from the dead keeps all His scriptural promises. Ps 12.
Do not be misled by those who do not recognise the enemy.
NickHassan replied to the topic The serpent in the Garden of Eden in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years, 2 months ago
Hi Gene,
You are hoping that the Spirit is guiding your thoughts.
But you need to soak in the scriptures for years before that will happen imo.
The Spirit will teach in line with scripture and for this reason John warned us in 2jn9.
He also said to test the spirits as Gnosticism comes from deceptively similar inspirations

Hi Gene,
But your idea about ruling planets did not come from scripture did it?
Nor from the Greek fiddling around?
NickHassan replied to the topic Firstborn of/over all creation in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years, 2 months ago
Hi Gene,
Planets governed by men?
That is a Mormon fantasy too.

Hi T8,
Why are you so frightened of change?
You mock those who are learning as if it is a foolish thing to do.
The wind blows where it will so sooner or later you will realise this and not try to stop it.
NickHassan replied to the topic The Teacher in the forum Scriptural Teachings 8 years, 2 months ago
Hi Jodi,
You say there is no superstition in the words of Jesus Christ and there is no argument there.
You do not blame the manuscripts or the translators but just say that it is his words that are misinterpreted.
But you have yet to explain what you mean and show examples of how the words of the Holy Spirit are misinterpreted.

Hi Jodi,
Jesus Christ is the Teacher.
The New Testament interprets the Old Testament.

As Thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

Hi,
Ez 47.3f
And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ankles.
Again he measured a thousand , and brought me through the waters; the waters were to the knees.
Again he measured a thousand, and brought me through; the waters…[Read more]

Hi,
Jesus Christ is the man from heaven.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Born of woman, born under the law and reborn from above at the Jordan river.

Come out of tradition.

Hi T8,
Humble yourself in the presence of the Lord and He will exalt you
Do not speak against one another, brethren. He who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law; but if you judge the law you are not a doer of the law but a judge of it. There is one Lawgiver and Judge, the One Who is able to…[Read more]

Hi T8,
Are we not here to learn?
Why would you rebuke those who do?
NickHassan replied to the topic The serpent in the Garden of Eden in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years, 2 months ago
Hi Jodi,
What is this nonsense about fearing Satan?
We are warned to be wary of his deceptions but do not fear him.
Likewise you suggest that to be aware of demons, as Jesus was, is to make them idols?
Then make your accusations against him.
NickHassan replied to the topic The serpent in the Garden of Eden in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years, 2 months ago
Hi Jodi,
Yes you have already been around several circles repeating your doctrinal derivations in the hope that we would buy it.
But why would we be interested in your tarnished wares when the scriptures illuminate themselves?
There is no useful light coming from your imaginative ideas. Satan exists.

Hi Jodi,
Rom 7.17 f
So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the very good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing…[Read more]

Hi Jodi,
Your narrow view excludes the way God allows spirits to entice and test men.
You love to blame God for the mischief caused by Satan.
Yes sin in the flesh defends itself.
