Thanks so much Irene and Happyman,My dad is seriously thinking of quitting kidney dialysis and that means certain death within a few weeks or so. It is all weighing heavily on the family. I'm heading up there again for another 10 hour trip later this week.

Hi Mike,Thanks for your view. I hope I have you questioning your Jehovah is always the Father theory, anyway. Two persons called 'Jehovah' is making more and more sense to me. In fact, I think that Jehovah in the OT is the Son in more instances than realized. I know that you don't realize this, but many do.

Nick,Try substituting the pronouns with who or what the pronouns refer to. That might help.
