Mike,That is because the Father is in heaven and through His Spirit He extends to creation, imo. And in that manner, He can be said to be dwelling in heaven but also with us in the remotest part of the sea. I think that it is through His Spirit that God can be anywhere/everywhere.Back to topic.Kathi
