Hi jammin,I do believe that the fullness of the true God that offers eternal life does not exist apart from the Son. The true God that offers eternal life is not separate from the Son but the Son is very much a part of this true God.

Both the Lamsa translation and the RSV teach the deity of Christ. In all the passages that refer to Him as God, the G is capitalized.
