Okay, it seems that 8 users of over 1500 users are flagged as having no IP address. So I wonder if you are using a VPN or something like that. Regardless, I have changed the Spam filters to not include logged in users. This will be a risk because a spammer could sign up and then start posting anything. This has happened years ago, but lets how it goes for now.

I ran a check on spam users and you came up. Not sure why, but I Approved you and ran the scan again and you didn’t appear in that check.

I wonder if you are using MS Word or other program to write the posts then pasting them into here. If so, it is possible that extra code is being pasted in and flagged as spam.

If you are using another editor, let me know, and I will show you how to not trigger the spam filter.

In none of what you said did you give a single passage where God said the Messiah was to be a go between so man can get to God.

You lack understanding, God doesn’t put his full plan in the Old Testament. Rather, he reveals parts of his plan at the right time / season.

Did Jesus say ‘today I have fulfilled the scripture that says ‘he will be a mediator?’.  Maybe, maybe not. Regardless, Jesus certainly used such language when the Old Testament had revealed something and he fulfilled it. But not all was revealed in the Old Testament and not all is revealed in any single book of the Old Testament which came at different times.

Perhaps 1 Corinthians 2:8 has something to teach you.

None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 

Imagine in WWII if the British published their whole plan with the idea to fulfill it later. The Germans would have used that information to subvert the plan.

This is basic logic and I should be surprised that it needs to be explained. But, I know better. Even the most basic things need to be explained to many people because they are full of something and have no room even for basic truths and logic.

Please change  Biblical Cosmology,   to “Mikeboll64’s, beliefs in a,  “flat earth”.  Lest anyone think we and this site, have anything to do with it. Mike brought up this stupidity let him bear the brunt of it . There is not point of giving that subject “any sense of  legitimacy” as  “BIBLE COSMOLOGY”,  IMO.

For now I have changed ‘earth’ to ‘world’. FE words together might indicate to google that there is low quality content. I will change ‘world’ to ‘earth’ when this topic dies down and doesn’t appear much in the Recent Replies list on every page.

Thanks for changing the name of the thread to a more appropriate one, since the Biblical earth certainly hasn’t been “challenged” in this thread – as Proclaimer’s title suggested.

Hmmm. Yes your comment has highlighted a potential problem. While the name is better for SEO, I can already see that you are taking advantage of the name change by saying that the topic hasn’t been challenged when you know full well that Flat Earth has been absolutely annihilated. It makes me wonder if you are trying to stop FE debunk posts by changing the subject by enforcing the rule that we should stick to the topic.

I will think about this. One idea is to split this topic into two on  a per post basis. One for FE and the other for the creation days and other biblical passages that relate to the earth, sun, moon, stars etc. That one could be called Biblical Cosmology. This way the content will match the topic titles.

So my successful thread with 24 different commenters and 5366 individual posts has BECOME his pitiful thread with 3 commenters and 6 individual posts.

Now it’s not like I make any money from the posts. And it’s not like I’m seeking fame on a site with 6 or 7 active users. But this is simply dishonest. He has basically stolen my thread and made it his own.

Good news for you Mike. I have deleted all preceding posts as they were just small talk anyway. I didn’t want to split the topic up because it takes a long time to process and often leads to the server timing out part way through and then I have lots of work on my hands putting the posts that ended up in Drafts back again.

Also, T8 honestly doesn’t care if he starts a topic or not and one about the Flat Earth, he almost prefers that someone else start that topic. He only cares that the truth wins the debate.

So Mike, your fame is restored and everyone knows you created this successful topic. Carry on as before.

BTW, feel free to offer a new title for the topic. It has to be SEO friendly and it cannot start with Flat Earth as it will demote the website in Google. What about this for a title: “Challenging the shape of our planet?”.

I will be merging more similar topics together and may in some cases change the title for better SEO now that the site is back in Google.

I’m hoping to get new members of a caliber that this site had in the past. Reading through some old discussions  it is clear that the quality of posts was much better then. It seems nowadays that people are using repetition rather than making good arguments.
