October 2, 2014 at 1:05 pm#778535NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
Is a seed planted the same as the shoot that grows from it?
October 2, 2014 at 1:27 pm#778537GeneBalthropParticipantNick………yes it is, the exact DNA COME BACK TO LIFE, what does this mean to you, “if the spirit of him that raised christ Jesus from the grave dwell in you he shall quicken your mortal (dead) body. Now do you think it is speaking of a different body then the dead or MORTAL BODY “ALSO”?
NICK quite avoiding my direct question to you, was the “IT” PAUL WAS SPEAKING ABOUT OUR PRESENT BODIES, YES OR NO, PLEASE.
Peace and love to you and yours…………………gene

So the plant is exactly like the seed in one way but totally different in another.
So it is in 1 cor 15October 2, 2014 at 1:37 pm#778541NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
The seed is small, unchanging and longlasting. It may be a used as food or to grow a plant. The plant is larger and grows and bears fruit that may have many uses, just as the stalks and leaves may and it is transient.
They look totally different and their usefulness is totally different.Yet they have the same DNA
October 2, 2014 at 1:38 pm#778543NickHassanParticipantHi Gb,
Is a seed a plant?
NoOctober 2, 2014 at 1:43 pm#778544NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
If a plant is not a seed why do you not listen to the words of Paul and agree that the new body is not the same old one?October 2, 2014 at 1:43 pm#778545GeneBalthropParticipantNick……the seed contains the same plant it came from not a different one DNA PRODUCE ONLY IT SELF AGAIN NOT SOMETHING ELSE’S OF A DIFFERENCE KIND AS YOU ASSUME.
NOW QUITE JUMPING AROUND MY QUESTION TO YOU AND ANSWER IT OK? Ignoring IT ONLY SHOW YOU ARE WRONG ON YOU OUR ASSUMPTION ABOUT OUR RESURECTED BODIES. IMO
peace and love to you and yours…………….gene

October 2, 2014 at 1:44 pm#778546NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
The plant is not the seed it sprang from.
Wake up.October 2, 2014 at 1:47 pm#778548GeneBalthropParticipantNick……take a seed and see where it came from and then plant it , does a different plant come up or the exact same plant the produced the seed in the first place.
NOW ANSWER MY QUESTION TO YOU OK? QUITE IGNORING IT.
Peace and love to you and yours………………gene

October 2, 2014 at 1:48 pm#778549NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
So are you going to say the seed is a plant or not?
Or will you read again what Paul said about the planting of a seed?October 2, 2014 at 1:49 pm#778551NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
If you could plant a plant and not a seed your question might make sense.
Paul specified the planting of a SEED.October 2, 2014 at 1:50 pm#778552NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
If you body is the seed do still claim to know what the new body is like??October 2, 2014 at 1:52 pm#778553NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
If we showed you pictures of a plant and a seed could you tell the difference or not?October 2, 2014 at 1:53 pm#778554NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
Do you eat tomatoes or just their seeds?October 2, 2014 at 1:54 pm#778555GeneBalthropParticipantNick… obviously you don’t care about what Paul meant or you would answer my question about what he said.
Do you really think ignoring it can make you right and us wrong? Please answer the question if you can’t just admit it.
Peace and love to you and your……………..gene
October 2, 2014 at 1:56 pm#778556NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
Read again what Paul taught and you might lose this dogmatised confusion.October 2, 2014 at 1:57 pm#778557NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
Is a seed a plant?
Please answer yes or noOctober 2, 2014 at 2:07 pm#778558NickHassanParticipantHi GB,
Your argument is with Paul and the Spirit.
“and that which you sow, you do not sow the body WHICH IS TO BE but a bare grain..”You continue your fight with him and do not waste our time.
