ParticipantNick,
Hi KW,
No you are deceived.
God’s Word is not to be tampered with to suit man’s dogmas
I do not have a clue where you are coming from. I assume you do but did not write it down.

ParticipantNick,
Hi KW,
So where is this kingdom spoken of in genesis?
Or did you ADD it?
Was the Garden of Eden in the kingdom of God or was it in the kingdom of Satan?
I am confident all of creation was in the kingdom of God until Adam fell from God’s grace and so made himself and his domain and decedents servants of sin.August 30, 2014 at 5:59 am#741458NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
Logic adds nothing to truth.
Your confidence in your own ideas is irrelevant

Then stop using it since it makes you a hypocrite when you do.
Or instead become wise and do not criticize what God does not criticize.August 30, 2014 at 9:20 am#741594NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
You claim wisdom?
But you present opinions
August 30, 2014 at 9:46 am#741641kerwin
ParticipantNick,
You are dodging the issue. Our you afraid of your ideas being disproved?
I told you to get wise because you should know by this time that God does not say anything about logic. The closest Scripture gets is to speak of Paul and perhaps others using it.
Condemning something that you regularly use is absurd. It is like you do not even watch your own actions.
If you believe something is based on the principles of the desires of the flesh nature then point out why you have come to that belief.

ParticipantHi KW,
Should you presume that beacuse nobody SAW Jesus put on a new body he did not do so?
Do you have to SEE with human eyes before you can believe ?
August 30, 2014 at 6:00 pm#742116kerwin
ParticipantNick,
You are assuming that he changed into a new body while still alive. I am just going by what Paul states in 1 Corinthians 15 when he states the body that arises is not the body that is buried. The gospel teaches that Jesus was raised from the dead. In does not teach that he was changed into an immortal body while still living.August 30, 2014 at 7:17 pm#742180NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
So the wisdom of men limits the revelation of God?
August 31, 2014 at 8:39 am#742899kerwin
ParticipantNick,
Are you claiming that even though it is not written in Scripture that God has revealed to you that Jesus rose in a mortal body and then was later changed into an immortal body while still alive?

ParticipantHi KW,
We will be like him.

ParticipantNick,
You did not answer my question.
August 31, 2014 at 9:26 am#742946NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
I am looking forward to a new imperishable body as revealed in scripture.
The new over the old.
But you are not?

ParticipantNick,
I believe that creation will be freed from its bondage to corruption but you do not as you believe it will be replaced by a different creation.

ParticipantHi KW,
We do not know what we will be like but we will be like to him.
We will be like to the angels
But you will not be?
August 31, 2014 at 11:13 am#742957kerwin
ParticipantNick,
We do not know what we will be like but we will be like to him.
That is written but that is the illusion of the mind you have been given to believe.
What is written is “it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”, 1 John 3:2.
We now appear mortal but when he appears he will be immortal and at that time we will be immortal like him because he has come again. You should know this already.

ParticipantHi KW,
yes that is one view
but is it true?
How can you SEE immortality?
August 31, 2014 at 5:47 pm#743496kerwin
ParticipantNick,
You see by experience.
August 31, 2014 at 6:14 pm#743543NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
So again a little twist here and a tweak there and scripture agrees with you?
August 31, 2014 at 8:49 pm#743861kerwin
ParticipantNick,
It is called the English language and you speak it and know the meanings. You just prefer to use one and exclude all others. Denial is not good. Simply state you do not believe the one I used is correct and why you do not. It is a more conductive conversation.
