ParticipantI think St.Nick said that quote to me even! But I have never spouted trinity doctrine here, but maybe Santa still just doesn’t like what I say so I won’t be getting goodies at Christmas for not believing him. 🙁

ParticipantHi Andrew,
So in scripture all divine beings cause man to fall down?
Can you show us.
Either way GOD WAS IN CHRIST reconciling the world to Himself.
God was behind all the miracles of Jesus Christ.[Acts 2.22]
Should you attribute more to the vessel of God’s glory?
2Cor 5.19

ParticipantHi GB,
Why must you always add your spin to what is written?

ParticipantHi Andrew,
Mockery and supercilious contempt are likely to be evidence of your insecurity more than anything else.

ParticipantHi St.Nick,
Did I ever say men fall to all divine beings? Have men fallen to Santa Claus? I really don’t know, perhaps they have but I’m ignorant of it.I don’t claim to know it all like you.
Do you even worship Christ? or do you just worship the bible, which is really your interpretation of it?
Why even call yourself a Christian if you don’t worship Christ?

ParticipantHi Andrew,
You see Jesus attributed his words and actions to his Father God.
Men ignore that.
Blindly they then say Jesus must be God or part of God because of those words and actions.
doh.

ParticipantHi Andrew,
Jesus said true worshipers worship the Father in spirit and truth.
We follow him.
Should we not?
March 28, 2015 at 5:31 pm#791881NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew,
Are true Christians those who worship the Son of God?
Really?March 28, 2015 at 5:33 pm#791882NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew,
Did Jesus Christ come to get men to worship him?
This sounds like a new gospel[Gal1]

I will make a deal with you right now and in front of everyone hear: If you show me a single verse where Jesus tells anyone to worship him I will repent and worship Jesus today but likewise if I show you 10 or 100 scriptures stating that you should worship “God” but more specifically for your ears “The Father” will you repent and Worship the Father as The One and ONLY TRUE GOD?

ParticipantI don’t ignore the fact that Jesus attributed his words and and actions to the Father.I was a part of a conservative unitarian group for awhile and they still worshiped Christ.

ParticipantFor one thing Bodhitarta I don’t deny worship of the Father but if you have not the Son you don’t have the Father either and he who honors not the Son honors not the Father who sent him according to Jn 5:22,23.

ParticipantHi Andrew,
So should we follow men?
There are many false trails
March 28, 2015 at 6:27 pm#791889NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew
.”But why should they draw back and fall to the ground over that? unless Jesus was a divine being, which is the main point of St.John’s gospel that Jesus is the Son of God.”
So the Son of God is also a divine being??
Have the gods become like men and come down to us as the heathen suggested to Paul in Acts 14?
March 28, 2015 at 6:29 pm#791890NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew,
Are you not yet IN CHRIST that you would make an icon of him?
March 28, 2015 at 6:29 pm#791891AndrewAD
ParticipantWas Jesus a man according to you? or was he just a life giving spirit? should you follow this man?
March 28, 2015 at 6:37 pm#791892NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew,
What does scripture say?
acts 2.22
acts 2.23
acts 3.22
Now he is a life giving Spirit.

ParticipantHi Andrew,
Jesus of Nazareth was anointed with the Holy Spirit
Acts 10
March 28, 2015 at 6:51 pm#791894AndrewAD
ParticipantYes Nick I do acknowledge the fact of the more primitive teaching in Acts but just how do you take the evolved teaching in John? Do you think Jesus was really a substitutionary sacrifice? Acts does not teach that even.
Are you a Pentacostal? do you believe in or speak with tongues?
March 28, 2015 at 7:13 pm#791895NickHassan
ParticipantHi Andrew,
Is Acts primitive?
Was the work of the Holy Spirit there substandard?
Would you dare judge the Holy Spirit?
