He is identified as a MESSENGER in Mk1, Mt 11 and in Luke
So you would confidently proclaim that he is an ANGEL?

Nick……So what “YOU” post here is strictly what is written in scripture, but what we post is from our own minds, now are we to”assume” your mind produce GOD’S THOUGHTS BUT OURS DO NOT, YOUR MIND IS LED by the spirit of GOD, BUT OUR ARE NOT?
When JESUS SAID THE “WORDS” (INTELLEGENT UTTERANCES) I AM TELLING YOU “ARE SPIRIT”, AND LIFE. And where it says if these “WORDS” (INTELLEGENT UTTERANCES) ABIDE “IN”YOU, YOU DON’T BELIEVE THOSE WORDS “ARE” TYPES AND KINDS OF INTELLECTS THAT FEED OUR MINDS, BUT ONLY “YOURS” WORDS (INTELLEGENT UTTERANCES) CAN PRODUCE THE WORD OF GOD TO US. HOW VAIN, HOW ARROGANT, HOW SELF ABSORD, can a person be?

MIKE……Jesus was indeed a messenger of GOD, JUST AS THE PROPHETS WERE ALSO, BUT NONE OF THAT MADE HIM AN ANGEL BEING, NO MORE THEN IT MADE THE PROPHETS ANGELS EITHER. Why does scripture clearly say HEB 2:5… “GOD HAS NOT PUT IN SUBJECTION THE WORLD TO COME UNTO ANGELS” ,
HEB 2:9… “But we see JESUS WHO WAS MADE A LITTLE LOWER THE THE ANGELS”, SO ACCORDING TO YOUR LOGIC, JESUS WAS A LITTLE LOWER THE A MESSENGER’S, RIGHT? WE ARE TO GO BY YOUR LOGIC THAT THE WORD ANGEL MEANS STRICLY “MESSENGERS”, THEN IT FOLLOWS THAT EVEN THE MESSENGERS WILL NOT BE IN CHARGE OF THE WORLD TO COME, Heb 2:5, THAT EVEN RULES OUT JESUS AND ALL THE PROPHETS, ACCORDING TO YOUR THINKING RIGHT?

If they were you would find it written

at best you are adding them to scripture
and at worst offering them as an alternative.
Nick…..The words I have posted are scriptural you simply seem unable to understand them, that’s not my fault now is it. Anyone who believes Spirits are not intelligent, lacks scriptural decernment. IMO

Our intellect is our mind, and our mind is referenced.
Our mind and our spirit are two different things,
therefore our intellect cannot be our spirit.But of course Gene is free to believe whatever he wants.
Oh wait a minute, Gene does not have a “Free Will”,
maybe he is not free to choose what he believes.🙂

Ed JEDj……Right my will is being driven and I am being taught ( intellegently) by the spirit of Living God that abides “IN” me. Nor did my will chose God, He chose me. Just as Jesus did not choose him either, nor John the Baptist, nor the prophets of old, God the Father is Sovern in “ALL” things, not just thing you “will” him to be. All FREEWILLER are simply, I GODS, They don’t need a GOD, they are GODS unto themselves, by their “SO-CALLED ” free will’s.

Nick…..I said the spirit gives us Their intellects, from God or from man or Angels, or Devils or demons. JESUS said clearly the “WORDS” he was telling us WERE SPIRIT, now what is the meaning of “WORD” it means “INTELLEGENT UTTERANCE” now try to let that sink into your hard head. AND of course the Written word does not contain intellect, because that word was not used in the English language till the 1600’s. Nor was the word SPIRIT used till the 1300’s so are we also to assume that there are no such thing as a SPIRIT in our bibles, because it was added in the 1300’s.
Anyone who does not believe spirits give us their intellects is just ignorant of what scriptures means and say. IMO

Nick……if what I say meets what scriptures are impling why not believe it” ?
You believe there are SPIRITS and yet no actual original scripture uses that word until it was added in the 1300’s. So how is that ok and the use of the word INTELLEGENT is not?peace and love to you and yours…………….gene
