Comparing the doctrines of demons that come through the mouths of false religions adds nothing to truth.
Jesus did not deny the existence of Beelzebub so should we prefer your teachings?
Jesus absolutely denied Beelzebub Nick!
And before I get into that I just learned something new and fascinating of which makes the below scripture all the more clear.

Pagans and likewise Jews who mingled with them, BELIEVED that FOODS had demons in them. When you got a tummy ache from food or even something much more severe, that was a demon in the food that now entered you!! Demons were believed to dwell in water, to dwell among gardens, etc.. and if you ate food like lettuce and got what we know as salmonella poisoning, they thought it was an evil spirit in you. If your baby died in your womb, that too was caused by a specific demon that had entered you and killed your baby.
Deuteronomy 30:15 “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, 16 in that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. 17 But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, 18 I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. 19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;
God certainly cursed earth with harmful living creatures.
Is salmonella a microscopic one celled organism that God created as a curse, that lives in animal and human intestines?
Or as pagans and Jews believed, is what we call salmonella a wicked entity against God and against man that enters you and makes you sick?

Jews mingled with heathens and shared their beliefs in demons, they just like you Nick have turned God and His Holy angels who curse with a righteous purpose into being wicked entities against God and against man.
You all CLEARLY DENY the written word of God. God said He would CURSE, and He also said that He would have mercy and HEAL. He even promised that of the seed of David he would anoint a person to come and display God’s mercy and heal people, and by that you would KNOW that God’s kingdom is at hand.

Curses from God were called demons or unclean spirits in the NT. To the pagans these demons CAME FROM false gods and their wicked spirits that they controlled. Paul tells us DIRECTLY that LIARS, hypocritical Jews made up doctrines of demons that resembled heathen beliefs and were nothing more than fables. This is because Paul believed in the WORD of God that He had spoken to the Israelites back in the time of Moses.
Nick you have departed from the faith and believe in doctrines of demons, LIES created by hypocrites, men who are adulterers to God.

Rabies was believed to be caused by a wicked spirit, but this demon as all other demons is NOT a wicked spirit who is against God and man, this demon is a VIRUS created by God as a curse on mankind.

Imagine someone who has Rabies who ALSO believes in the false doctrine of demons, what kind of hallucinations might the virus bring them when they are under such false beliefs? What bizarre things they might say, I’d imagine they would profess that a demon is inside them, making others all the more convinced that a demon was inside them.
I have already mentioned, which Nick you did not comment on.
People have diseases of the BRAIN which causes them to have split personalities, certain personalities that switch on and off, certain personalities where they speak in all matter of delusions. These personalities can differ quite a bit, sometimes they are even identified as the opposite sex of what they are, often times one seems of a good character while the other is a bad character, they even make the tone of their voice change. Take a person who has a split personality like this who also believes in fake demons and it is embedded into their subconscious. These people act like and speak like all that people have IMAGINED what a demon possessed person would be like, but the TRUTH is there is NO wicked spirit that entered in them, they are under a curse by God a curse like that of rabies where there is an infirmity in their brain causing them to be delusional.
Jodi….I also agree with what you posted, many things people believe as demonic are actually things God is causing in their lives, because of what they are doing. A lot of people want to think it is the result of some unseen “demonic” beings causing it when all along it is God the Father himself doing it because of our sin. I blame myself for causing most of my problems, or God wanting to teach me something, i need to learn, as a decipline action.

Nick…I do believe there are good and evil spirits, but the evil is what we bring into our lives same as the good, if we sow to the evil it will over take us, and eventually control our thinking, same applies to the good. I DO NOT BELIEVE GOD IS SOME HOW GOING TO DISADVANTAGE US, by allowing free radical, demonic beings, to come along and jump in and out of us, providing us with some excuse for our behaviors.
That is another reason i believe spirits are simply atributes reflected by types and kind of intellects that can greately effect oue behaviors.
It simply boils down to what good or evil we are allowing into our lives or God is allowing in our lives. God i believe does not judge us by what some evil creature is doing in our lives, he judges us by our own doings. We all need to take full responsibility for our action, Rather good or evil brother.
I also believe the Jew’s created the concept of blaming their problems on some kind of demonic activity, because the did not want admit most of their problems were comming from what they were doing, in sinning against God.
I also believe evil can be removed from a person by God and that person can be restored also, by God the Father.

No question that Jesus declared all foods to be clean.
But your long posts trying to discredit the work and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ are wasted.
Offering the scientific view over his words will always find popular support.

What does the WORD MERCY IMPLY Nick? God cursed out of sin as a punishment, but God would turn and show mercy to those who would turn back to him, and by this you know the kingdom is at hand. However the self-righteous Jews believed that curses were a result of misfortune brought on by wicked angels.

Jesus knew their thoughts, Jesus can’t be under the power and direction of Beelzebub because as he knew their thoughts, he knew THEY BELIEVED that Beelzebub was wicked and that all his deeds were under a wicked purpose. If Jesus was healing people that would not be of the character of Beelzebub, thus he would be against Beelzebub and not for him, and thus his Kingdom would be divided.
Nick he is speaking saying that he KNOWS their thoughts, this does not EQUATE to he believes likewise in their thoughts, their thoughts were hypocritical, they were lies, these men were called by Jesus as snakes, and they were adulterers to God.
He was telling them as in their own thoughts what they were saying didn’t even make sense, how could he who was giving mercy, be of Beelzebub, as he according to their beliefs, was not merciful, but wicked.
The blind and dumb man was not made blind and dumb through a wicked purpose, but through God.
God will have mercy on whom He chooses to have mercy, Jesus was sent to CURE giving such mercy, and by these works we know that the kingdom of God is at hand.

TRUE BELIEVERS in the word of God know that God smites people, but they also know He also will have mercy and will turn and heal.

The Gentiles in their vanity along with the Jews that mingled believed in wicked demons that controlled the weather, but just as it is God that wounds and heals, that smites and then gives mercy, He also is the God that brings the rain and the sun.

Indeed Jesus Christ brought deliverance to the captives by the finger of God.

When God withdrew the hedge and permitted Satan to work the storm arose and killed Job’s family.

The God of Israel is merciful by His nature and He loves to heal and set people free.
But they only have a few years to discover the salvation He offers in the Lord.
He allows the work of Satan to rattle our cage and wake us out of slumber
Nick it is clear if you BEGIN to believe the words written in Exodus and Deuteronomy, but you would rather believe in the fables the Jews created when they mingled with Zoroastrianism and invented doctrines about demons. The Book of Enoch is the PERFECT example of their blasphemous fables. They invented fake demons with made up names where God’s powers that He ALONE has, that He uses under a RIGHTEOUS purpose, and gave them over to fake demons, where it is written in Enoch that these demons were the ones that gave men their wisdom, they were in charge of the weather, they made the deaf, dumb and blind, they brought men to their grave. This is all complete blasphemy!!

Nick, Jesus was talking to idiots, those who he called BLIND hypocrates, vipers. He made a POINT to them ACCORDING to their belief to show that what they said ACCORDING to their beliefs was stupid, it didn’t even make sense, because the kingdom would fall if he were an agent ACCORDING to what they believed. This is why before he responds to them it is said that HE KNEW THEIR THOUGHTS and replied according to THEIR Beliefs, NOT his. He did not believe in Beelzebub, (for crying out loud Nick we are directly told he is a fake god in the OT). Jesus knew he was sent by God to deliver God’s MERCY. God wounded and Jesus was sent to heal.
If a demon casts out a demon he is divided against himself and his kingdom will not stand.
If an evil demon casts out an evil demon from a person the demon that cast out the demon is divided against himself. Why would a demon being evil want to cast out evil? …it makes no sense.
But this is not the case, Jesus is not an evil demon working for an evil demon and he is not casting out an evil demon.
Jesus is the messenger and bringer of mercy for God, and he is casting out what God had deemed as justifiable punishments under righteousness.
Another thing to consider is that people who were ill, diseased, lunatics, were treated like less than dogs by the wicked rulers of that time. These adversaries, self-righteous vein hypocrites were OPPRESSING those that God turned and showed mercy to. Those healed shall be their judges.

No Jesus was not speaking according to the ideas of the pagan world he was walking in.
He was led by the Holy Spirit and he spoke and did the actions that God purposed.
Do you doubt that he spoke and set men free from Satan in the power of God?

Nick, it was NOT an adversary to God, SHOW me in that passage where the adversary was against God and was doing wicked for wicked sake but God was allowing it.

There exists NO passage in the OT that speaks of a SATAN who is identified as a spirit who is against God. The word SATAN should be rendered adversary in all cases and the surrounding text should be used to identify who the adversary is.
You are DODGING all the scriptures that speak directly against your words. You accused Ed J of believing in VILE pagan doctrine, and you should really look in the mirror. You just turned a Holy Angel into a wicked one. Blasphemous! You speak EVIL of dignities, you speak evil of things you do not understand, because you deny the clear word.

God allows Satan to assail his servants that they are strengthened and made more useful to Him. Jn 15.2, 1 Peter 1.6,1 Peter 5.8
But we can pray to be spared hard testing and for deliverance from evil. Matt 6.13

Nick…there is no scripture that says Jesus himself believed, what those JEW’S, said CONCERNING A BEELZEBUB DEMONIC BEING. Jodi’s right brother, it’s God alone who does the judging and the punishing, for our sins, or for deciplining us. And the one who alone forgives us, and heals us.

Rev 20.10
