is our faith not to be aligned with scriptures rather than men ,so that all men that are lined up together form one spirit in Christ and not in themselves
Hi Pierre,What exactly are you saying here?
God bless

Edjwhat i am saying is that we all believers should be lined up with scriptures in our believes so that the lined up is not of our selves ,but from scriptures ,in truth ,and so be one in Christ ,
but understand that it can only be the truth ,many religion are thinking the same thing but they are not for that reason ONE WITH CHRIST AND HIS FATHER .

Scripture never says that having a will defines a person, a sentient being

Hi Pierre:Have you heard that Jesus conceived by the Holy Ghost in the womb of the virgin Mary, and was born into this world a “man child”? Where did his flesh come from, if he was conceived by the Holy Ghost?

You agree that evil spirits speak through their human vessels but think God has less ability via His Spirit in Jesus.June 2, 2014 at 2:01 am#386207terrariccaParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ June 02 2014,07:58) Hi Ed,

Adam did not have a will until he receive the breath into his nostrils

Maryscience as proven that the women womb serves as a fabric to make flesh ,(at the least as the right condition to do it in)
but tell ;why does it say ;
1)Lk 1:34 “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”
Lk 1:35 The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you,2) and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
please explain to me WHY IN #1 IT SAYS THAT ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT ;
AND THEN IN #2 IT TALKS ABOUT “THE POWER OF GOD “

Ndoes a living sentient person can move and do thing as he which
if not ;then can a dead sentient have a will and feelings
Quote Scripture never says that having a will defines a person, a sentient being so your answer should be your answer to your own question

It was meant as a silly little joke……. but now that you mention it, YES.Agreeing with me on anything scriptural means you're agreeing with what the scriptures ACTUALLY teach.

Jesus was the Word who became flesh. He was existing in the form of God before emptying himself and being made in the likeness of a human being. God sent His firstborn Son into the world. That Son came down from heaven. That firstborn Son was also the firstborn of EVERY creature, and God created all things in heaven and earth through him.This is what the scriptures teach. Some men don't like what they teach, and so they try to mold the scriptures around their own beliefs. But in the end, it is all for naught.
But no, Mike, it is you who is rationalizing trying to Make the scriptures say what you think that they mean.
Marty,There was nothing in that long post that refuted anything that I said.
And more importantly, there is no amount of rationalizing (you did quite a bit in that post) that will CHANGE the fact that the PERSON Jesus is the one who said he came down from heaven, not to do his own will, but to do the will of God.
That is really the BOTTOM LINE for you non-preexisters, Marty. You can accept that scriptural teaching, or try to rationalize it away.
The choice is yours.
