    Nick,

    I think you are lacking in a basic understanding of God. He wants to rid sin, He doesn’t want sin to exist, He cannot allow sin to continue, that is the whole reason why DEATH came to mankind because sin entered.

    God is longsuffering towards us not willing that any should PERISH! There is NO immortal soul. Death exists to put a FINAL end to sin.

    God is not in the business of transporting a sinner out of their body and keeping SIN ALIVE.

    Sin is to be REMOVED one way or another, either through a calling unto repentence or through complete destruction.

    “The wicked become ashes under the soles of our feet says the LORD Almighty” Micah.  The fire in which they are consumed in is an everlasting fire. “For our God is a consuming fire” Hebrews.

    Through this fire some are refined like silver and gold, while others are reduced to ash returning to the dust.

    If you continue to behave like a beast your fate is the same as that of a beast. All is vanity if you think you your fate is anything other than an animal, Solomon.

    Sin will be no more! Our hope as a true follower of Christ and a believer in God, is in the fact that there will be NO more sin, ONLY eternal life FOR the righteous.

    How does God rid sin? Through death. The final annihalation of sin is in the second death.

    Here are some verses for you to read and pray through Anthony, they are the names, titles and characters of Jesus Christ. This should help you see that Jesus is a man, yes but much more than a man, a prophet, yes but much more than a prophet. Enjoy:

    Hi Jodi,

    The soul is not immortal as it can be cast into the lake of fire, but it is not destroyed in the first death.

    And the bible gives us two definitions of sin.

    There is sin we commit, and there is sin that lives in us that Paul mentioned in Romans 7.

    Rom 6.14 tells us that a man who has died is freed from sin.

    Forgiven? No.

    This is the sin in the flesh that Is condemned, lust, demons etc.-Rom 8.3

    The new creation is sinfree.

    Isaiah 59:16

    And He (Jehovah) saw that there was no man, And was astonished that there was no one to intercede; Then His own arm brought salvation to Him, And His righteousness upheld Him.

    Jehovah’s OWN ARM brought salvation to Him. Jehovah’s own arm is not a mere man. Jehovah’s OWN ARM had to become a man because there WAS NO MAN.

    John 12:36While you have light, believe in the light, that you may be the children of light. These things spoke Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

    The Unbelief of the People

    37But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: 38That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, Lord, who has believed our report? and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 39Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 40He has blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. 41These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spoke of him.

    Jeremiah 32:17

    Ah Lord Jehovah! behold, thou hast made the heavens and the earth by thy great power and by thine outstretched arm; there is nothing too hard for thee,

    Hebrews 1:8

    8But about the Son he says,

    “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;

    a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.

    9You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;

    therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions

    by anointing you with the oil of joy.”e

    10He also says,

    “In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,

    and the heavens are the work of your hands.

    11They will perish, but you remain;

    they will all wear out like a garment.

    12You will roll them up like a robe;

    like a garment they will be changed.

    But you remain the same,

    and your years will never end.”f

    If a person claims the Spirit revealed to him that Jesus was not born the Christ in Bethelem, and scripture teaches he was and the translation is correct, then you logically have to question the source of the revelation.

    Hi Gene

    You said: .Unless you attain unto the resurrection you are gone forever. Life does not go on after death, as pagan religions believe.

    What would be the scene for  the unjust to have a resurrection  and be judged?

    I have hope in God, which they themselves also accept, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust. God bless Anthony

    Hi Gene

    Isaiah 25:8 New King James Version (NKJV)

    He will swallow up death forever,
    And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces;
    The rebuke of His people
    He will take away from all the earth;
    For the Lord has spoken.

    1. The Risen Christ, Our Hope .     1:Cor. 15: 12-25

    12 Now if Christ is preached that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen. 14 And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith isalso empty. 15 Yes, and we are found false witnesses of God, because we have testified of God that He raised up Christ, whom He did not raise up—if in fact the dead do not rise. 16 For if the dead do not rise, then Christ is not risen. 17 And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins! 18 Then also those who have [c]fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable.

    The Last Enemy Destroyed

    20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have [d]fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. 24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.

    God bless Anthony

    Anthony, we are in agreement on this, everything about us is presereved, even every hair of our heads are numbered, for a future resurection, “that will witiness the redemption of our bodies”, just as Paul said. Jesus was truly dead when he was crucified, for three days and three nights. He had to be resructed by God, or he still would be dead.

    Nick believes as the pagans did, that when we die we go to a netherworld of some kind, still alive as sentinel being. I don’t see it that way, I believe the dead know nothing when they die, even our thoughts parish. The only thing that will return life back to us is the resurection. IMO

    Peace and love to you and yours. ….gene

    T8…Jesus was not born a Christo’s, he became one. That was his destiny, but it didn’t happen till it happened, He Also was born the savior of the world but that also did not happen till he died for the sin of the world. You getting the horse ahead of the cart. Show us one person Jesus saved before his death on the tree or cross. The payment had to be paid, before there is a purchased possesion.

    Moses was not a Anointed one either, till he was anointed, even though that was his destiny also, at birth. Jeramiah was not already what he became either at birth, but he was also predestined before his birth to do what he did do.

    You preexistent views has you seening somethings wrong T8, IMO.

    Hi Anthony,

    I have gathered the scriptures for you to review in regards to when Jesus became the Son of God.

    1 Chronicles 17: 11 And it shall come to pass, when thy days be expired that thou must go to be with thy fathers, that I will raise up thy seed after thee, which shall be of thy sons; and I will establish his kingdom. 12 He shall build me an house, and I will stablish his throne for ever. 13 I will be his father, and he shall be my son: and I will not take my mercy away from him, as I took it from him that was before thee: 14 But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.

    1 Chronicles 22: 9 Behold, a son shall be born to thee, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies round about: for his name shall be Solomon, and I will give peace and quietness unto Israel in his days. 10 He shall build an house for my name; and he shall be my son, and I will be his father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel for ever.

    John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

    1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

    1 John 4: 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

    2 John 1: 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

    Jesus has come in the flesh and he was then BORN of the Spirit being begotten by God as a Son, being able to enter the kingdom, this fulfills 1 Chronicles.

    Psalms 2: 1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee…10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

    Psalms 20: 5 We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions. 6 Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. 7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. 8 They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. 9 Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.

    Acts 13: 32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, 33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus AGAIN; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. 34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David….37 But he, whom God raised AGAIN, saw no corruption.

    This passages speaks two times of Jesus being raised again, and it being the day he was born of God as a Son. He was born of God at the river rising up from the water receiving the Spirit and then he was born again of the Spirit upon arising up from the dead. On the day at the river Jesus also became a high priest, he had been sent out to forgive sins and heal, and on the day he rose from the grave he our sins were forgiven,  and he was appointed a high priest to be a righteous judge over all

    Hebrews 5: 1 For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: 2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. 3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. 4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. 5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.

    Jesus was MADE a high priest, thou art my Son, TO DAY have I begotten thee.

    Jesus says that a MAN MUST be born again of the Spirit!

    Being anointed is being anointed with the Holy Spirit.

    Being baptized is being baptized with the Holy Spirit.

    When Jesus was baptized he BECAME a high priest, he was sent out to forgive sins and heal.

    When Jesus of Nazareth was anointed by God with the Holy Spirit and with power he WENT about doing good.

    God gave Jesus the Spirit without measure and gave him all things into his hands, and SENT him forth to speak God’s words.

    Having been born again given the Spirit without measure like no other man, he became the “only begotten Son”.

    Luke 16: 17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

    Acts 10: 36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) 37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; 38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: 40 Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; 41 Not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. 42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

    John 3: 34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. 35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. 36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

    Matthew 20: 22 But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. 23 And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.

    Mark 1: 8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost

    @Anthony,

    You are welcome, Anthony, spend some time on this passage, I think it is a very important verse that tells us that no man is or will be qualified to be the unblemished lamb and so Jehovah had to send His own Arm (His Son).

Jehovah’s OWN ARM (His Son) had to become a man to bring salvation because there WAS NO MAN capable of the task.

    God bless, LU

    Hi LU,

    CAN you read the below LU and respond appropriately?? Show me how what is presented below is not truth using the SAME scriptures that I have presented in this post.

    This was the WORD that came from the LORD,

    2 Samuel 7:4 And it came to pass that night, that the word of the LORD came unto Nathan, saying, 5 Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in? 6 Whereas I have not dwelt in any house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle. 7 In all the places wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar? 8 Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel: 9 And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth. 10 Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime, 11 And as since the time that I commanded judges to be over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house. 12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. 13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever. 14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son.

    and,

    Psalms 2: 1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. 10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

    Psalms 89: 9 Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.20 I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him: 21 With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. 22 The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him. 23 And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him. 24 But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. 25 I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers. 26 He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation. 27 Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.

    AND,

    Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

    One CHOSEN out of the people, a MAN anointed, would call the LORD his Father, and the LORD would make Him into His firstborn.

    THIS WORD of the LORD LU became fulfilled in the flesh when Jesus received his glorious anointing.

    John 14:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

    Luke 14:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about

    The people beheld his glory full of grace and truth. He was FULL of grace and truth because the LORD had ANOINTED him with His Spirit, and he was then SENT, and the people witnessed the word of the LORD spoken to the prophets!! They witnessed the anointed Jesus speak the words of the LORD. They saw Jesus, one CHOSEN out of the PEOPLE in his anointed glory performing miracles, they watched him forgiven  sins and heal. THIS is the GLORY that the people beheld, the glory of a SON OF MAN having been CHOSEN to be a Son of God, having been born again of the Spirit at the river and then sent out among to fulfill further the WORD of the LORD.

    What did this chosen one born of God fulfill?

    Isaiah 53:10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. 11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

    Did you catch that LU,

    BECAUSE the righteous servant shall die for our sins, Jesus would inherit from the LORD a portion divided among the great.

    Romans 4:13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

    Abraham is to inherit the new creation as well as his seed.

    Hebrews 1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.

    LU Jesus was appointed heir of all things BECAUSE he was the MAN that poured out his soul unto death. FOR THIS REASON he is APPOINTED an heir of all things. THROUGH this MAN who shed his blood the LORD had made the worlds.

    The LORD had indeed declared the END FROM the beginning!! In the beginning before the LORD made the world He had promised eternal life unto men, and through ONE MAN it was purposed and planned by the LORD.

    Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

    The END that was established from the beginning,

    1 Corinthians 15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and BECOME the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every MAN in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

    The END that was declared by the WORD of the LORD from the beginning, the one who He made the world through and for, the one chosen from out of the people anointed with the LORD’S Spirit that was sent out in glory speaking truth, who then bore our sins unto death, and was raised a MAN being given the firstfruits of the LORD’S Spirit the Spirit that gives eternal life.

    Isaiah 46:8 Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors. 9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: 11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

    The WORD of the LORD was indeed fulfilled in the MAN that executeth God’s purpose, this God in which He says “THERE IS NONE ELSE, NONE LIKE ME”!!  This Son of MAN returns, coming down among the clouds to execute the rest of the LORD’S purpose.

    Mark 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

    LU the WORD that became flesh was in fact the LORD’S promises being fulfilled in the man Jesus.

    It is not the LORD returning on the clouds, it is not the ONE TRUE GOD that is returning on the clouds in Mark 13, it is the SON OF MAN who was MADE a master and the anointed by the LORD, who is returning. He is the man that was raised from the dead and given eternal life, and was given an inheritance AS being the FIRSTBORN of the DEAD.

    That which Jesus received from the LORD was NOT because he was some firstborn only begotten son before God made the world, THAT IS NOT WHY!!

    What Jesus received from the LORD is because he was a MAN that bore our sins unto death, and becoming the firstborn of the dead.

    He lives to this DAY in and ORDER, that the LORD established before the world was, an ORDER still left to be fully fulfilled, an ORDER of MEN receiving eternal life, he being the FIRST of mankind in that ORDER, with others to follow.

    Because he is the man that bore our sins unto death the LORD has appointed him master, judge, ruler, prince over all of His creation from the first generation to the last generation. God established those generations from A to Z, He is the A to Z, and he has appointed Jesus to judge A to Z, making him the A to Z. We are told that he is appointed thus because he is a righteous judge, having been tempted just as we are tempted, having been perfected through suffering.
