Danny, Proclaimer does not believe Jesus is GOD, neither do I, and others here don’t either. We have a God and Heavenly Father , it is the exact same God and Father, Jesus has.
We need to Obey him exactly as Jesus did and does.
peace and love to you and yours………gene

Berean……Your words make Jesus seem different, the the rest of mankind. As what is written about him is just applies to him and not the rest of mankind. But don’t feel bad, nearly all Christendom does that also.
Peace and love to you and yours………..gene

Danny and Berean,
The three of us are agreeing on both the Father and Son being deity and identified as YHVH, correct?

You asked:
Danny and Berean,

Gene ,
What caught your attention in what I wrote that you told me that?
GeneBalthrop replied to the topic Even demons believe he is the son of God in the forum Scriptural Teachings 5 years, 1 month ago
Berean, all mankind is created to be in the “image” of God, Jesus was the first from mankind to achieve that Goal, God the Father has for us all. Why can’t you get that in your mind, that Jesus is what God the Father has in mind for us all. We may not all ever have his authority , but we will share in his inheritance and Honor and Glory.…[Read more]

To all……Rome, “was” the fourth “world ruling” empire, until 476 Ad, then came the “Fifth” That we now live in, next comes , The Sixth world ruling kingdom, the kingdom of Jesus Christ and the Saint’s, just that simple, and completely agrees with Rev 17.
Then after the Sixth, the one that John said “now “IS”, comes the Seventh, the…[Read more]gadam123 replied to the topic Question of Parousia of Jesus – how Christianity manage the dilemma? in the forum Prophetic News & Eschatology 5 years, 1 month ago
The Fourth Kingdom of Daniel
The original texts of Daniel talk about the Fourth Kingdom as that of Greece as per the Chap 2,7,8 and 11. But most of the Jewish and Christian commentaries talk about Roman Empire as the Fourth Kingdom. Here is one such earliest example of Christian commentary;
Hippolytus’s Commentary on Daniel:
In Hippolytus’s Com…[Read more]

Mike
For you Mike, Christ is an angel, a god, but not really THE OWN SON OF GOD, WHO ACCORDING TO THE HEBREWS
1: 3 IS: , ….the brightness of his glory,
(Glory OF God the Father )
and
the express image of his person
This means (to me) that the Son WAS IN THE BEGINNING WHAT THE FATHER IS SPIRITUALLY AND IN THE NATURE OF HIS SUBSTANTIAL…[Read more]gadam123 replied to the topic Question of Parousia of Jesus – how Christianity manage the dilemma? in the forum Prophetic News & Eschatology 5 years, 1 month ago
Yet somehow you thought otherwise. Weird. Your statements keep missing the mark Adam. Perhaps if you lose the bias and actually listen to others, you might actually learn something.
No I don’t miss mark but try to cover the very aspect of the cause.
Let the truth win Adam. It’s not about you vs me. If I make a reasonable argument, then consider i…

Further, it is common sense that the future gives you more insight and foresight as far as history goes.
A fool sees otherwise.
We need not fool anyone here. It’s good that you are giving importance to our common sense than religious revelations.
Thanks for understanding me.

So now that we have the heads as kingdoms and Revelation being lifted from Daniel statements out of the way. What is the next sticking point you have or the next thing you would like to discuss?

Hi Proclaimer, finally you have come to conclusion that OT is narrower and the NT is wider.
Are uou serious? What made you think I just concluded that? Certainly nothing I have said. Its common knowledge.
For some reason, your statements keep missing the mark.

It is well understood that Daniel got a narrower view of said empires.
Revelation which is much later, has a wider scope.
It includes Daniel and looks beyond and even before.
A narrower view vs a wider view is not an issue for me as it seems to be for you.
Could I suggest that you move on as your own rules have no merit.
It is widely…

You need not search some where else to find their meaning here. The original texts contain the meaning and insights. I tell you there are no Seven Kingdoms in Daniel but it certainly talks about Four (world) Kingdoms.
It is well understood that Daniel got a narrower view of said empires.
Revelation which is much later, has a wider scope.

Mountains are kingdoms in scripture.
The mountain is also said to be a king.
Daniel talks of a king and referenced kingdoms.
Enough said.
Case settled.
Arguing against this just looks desperate to me.
It is clear.
Move on.

Mike: 1. Is it scriptural that God performed signs and wonders through His servant Moses? Yes or No?
2. Is it scriptural that God performed signs and wonders through His servant Jesus? Yes or No?
3. Is it scriptural that God could perform even greater signs and wonders through any of us? Yes or No?
