@Danny

You copy/pasted someone else’s comments from a website that has been proven to push falsehoods. GotQuestions is horrible and the man running it is a charlatan.

So all you know is Ps 16, Ps 22, and Isa 53 as proof of Jesus dying for the sins of mankind; I have already explained each of these chapters and have shown how they could not be a…[Read more]

Obviously my understanding isn’t correct; so please fix it.

I have told you who is speaking where, now it’s your turn. Who is speaking in these places:

Isa 52:13-15 –

Isa 53:1-9 –

Isa 53:10-12 –

As you answer who’s speaking above, make sure you are including with your understanding what’s happening in 52:1-12?

Analyzing what you sai…[Read more]

Hi Desiretruth,

You: @Carmel

FROM HIM SHALL BE TAKEN AWAY THAT ALSO WHICH HE HATH,

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.(Amos3:7)

@desiretruth

Of the best-known prophecies in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the death of Messiah, Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53 certainly stand out. Psalm 22 is especially amazing since it predicted numerous separate elements about Jesus’ crucifixion a thousand years before Jesus was crucified. Here are some examples. Messiah will have His hands and H…[Read more]

BRIAN BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, PART 2

Brian wanted to know the truth about the mark of the beast. A Bible worker was leading him through the Amazing Facts Bible Study Guides. He was eating them up! Then he discovered the lessons were available online at amazingfacts. org. “In less than a week,” he…

Desire Truth…….Isaiah was a prophet to the kingdom of Judah,  not sent to The kingdom of Israel or the rest of the world, as you seem to insist,  he was talking about his sins and the Nation of Judah,  so if you understand that, then the People being spoken of in the Prophecy could not have been Israel , it’s just that simple.

Another point yo…[Read more]

Apparently what you write is being hidden from me or to whomever you are responding to; just another period ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Hi Desiretruth,

You: @Carmel

I am super confused by what you’re actually looking for. I have already explained what I believe is happening in these verses.

For some reason you believe there is more.

Me: Definitely!

All I read is Daniel praising God for revealing a dream that was “hidden.”

Let’s see!

Daniel 2:22 He reveals the deep and th…[Read more]

You have yet to explain why this chapter is talking about the Messiah. Do that first before you call me a liar. I did offer an explanation on what’s happening in Isa 53 and have explained it isn’t speaking about the Messiah; post #943966. Where are your responses?

The reality is, you haven’t told me where it states the Messiah was to d…[Read more]

BRIAN BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, PART 1

You: Danny, Danny, Danny, you still haven’t answered the question of where it states in the OT the Messiah was to die for the sins of mankind.

Me: Why are you lying? I gave you Isaiah 53!

@Gene,

I have already explained who is speaking where in the fourth “Servant Song” in post #943966. The shocked nations are speaking in verses 1-9 and giving their explanation why the Israelite nation suffered. The nations are the “our” and “we.” Simple! But to understand it you have to unlearn what you have been told. You have to apply the w…[Read more]

THE QUEEN OF SHEBA PEARLS OF WISDOM

The queen of Sheba is an individual shrouded in mystique, alternately portrayed as a demi-goddess, an oracle, even a kingdom. But the Bible is clear in its depiction: The foreign queen was a real woman who ruled in South Arabia and who had taken note of Israel…[Read more]

@Gene,

What about what I wrote concerning Isa 53?

I knew someone would respond with the Abraham/Isaac “event.” Yet, Isaac wasn’t sacrificed; this was a test by God. Isaac’s blood wasn’t spilled on an alter, so there was no sacrifice done. God tested, Abraham passed, and his reward was: Gen 22 “17. That I will surely bless you, and I will greatl…[Read more]

Desire Truth, you said…….> If you want more to start “thinking” about:

When did God ever require a human sacrifice? “Pagans” did that.

My response would be…….>Did God ask ABRAHAM to sacrifice his Son? You see sacrifice is a sign of your faith ,  Jesus sacrificed himself to “demonstrate”,  what God the Father requires of us all.  He didn’t die to…[Read more]
