Desire Truth…….Ok, I used the word when, because it was a “prophesied” event, but changing it doesn’t change anything,  there is not one scholar that I know of that doesn’t  think it was not a prophesied event.  Need proof?

Isa 53:2…… “for he shall” ,  and “when he shall see him”

Nick…….Amen brother. Jesus “demonstrated” to all humanity what it takes to please God the Father,  we must all become exactly like him, and with the Spirit of God in us we all can become exactly the same as Jesus himself is,  just a as he said, “whosoever overcomes even as I have, I will grant to set with me in my kingdom, even as I have overcom…[Read more]

Men of Israel, listen to these words, Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through him in your midst just as you yourselves know-

even the Master.

Men focus on men.

But the aim of God is to show what amazin things He can work through men when He is  allowed to indwell their vessels and use them.

focus folks it is all about Him, not the human vessels.

Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, for He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising him from thr dead.

Acts 17.20f

This red area is a void. Once the flight hits the red space it magically teleports to the other side making the travel time and distance match what we see in reality. Otherwise the flight is impossible on a flat earth. Please explain this anomaly @dannyd. If you cannot, then another piece of evidence to support the notion that you are peddling lies.

Hi Gene,

mt 13 .52

Therefore every scribe who has become a disciple of the kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household, who brings out of his treasure things old and new.

Hi Gene,

Likewise. It is good to be back.

I believe a key to grasping the truths of scripture are found in 2 Cor 13

Every fact is to be confirmed by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”

That is why there are four gospels.

Truth in the NT can be conformed form the OT etc.

It is a trustworthy saying that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost of all. Yet for this reason I found mercy so that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate his perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in him for eternal life.

it is a level playing field and not even the…[Read more]

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Jesus came for sinners so we would be wise to number ourselves among them.

Hi to a all

Here is a commentary on “The Messiah’s work and reward.”

God bless

Isaiah 53

(12) The Messiah’s work and reward.

Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of…[Read more]

@Carmel,

Your writing format is to difficult to follow and I don’t have time to read one liners and decipher what you’re trying to say, try paragraph format, it’s how the rest of the world actually writes.

YOU: Paul used the word “SCRIPTURE”.

It is not enough proof that he was definitely referring to the Old Testament!

Since the word SCRI…[Read more]

@Gene,

The verse doesn’t say “when” he poured…; it says “because” he poured. This conjunction ties into the first part of the verse, “Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong” BECAUSE “he poured out his soul.” What was given Jesus from the many and what did Jesus divide with the strong?…[Read more]

Nick……Excellent posts brother.  So glad to see you back posting again.

peace and love to you and yours Nick…………..gene

God is.

Respect Him.

He has given us the Word.

It is truth and we must live on it as food.

He also repeats important messages many times so we do not miss them.

I have learned that salvation is of God’s grace so none can hear and respond except by the grace of God.  Experts struggle to become as children,  people used to following other men struggle to make their own decisions, the rich see no need to change, those who have other gods are just confused.

God knows and understands.

<!–more–>The Ark of Jesus Christ is his body.

Only 8 were saved in the Ark of Noah.

Likewise few find the narrow path while most prefer the wide path.

”whatever you did for the least of by brethren you did for me”

This is hope for all outside of the Way.

Hi,

Yes I am back older and wiser I hope.

Keen to point searchers towards salvation in Jesus Christ.

Hi to all

DAVID YOU ARE THE MAN, PART 2

On March 20, 1927, Ruth Snyder and her lover, Henry Judd Gray, murdered Ruth’s husband in a premeditated crime that resulted in a botched insurance policy, sensational publicity, and eventually a major motion picture. King David, at one time a man so entirely devoted to G…[Read more]
