    HI

    WHAT MEN CAN SEE AND THINK WHEN they are in a sort of impasse ore think about heaven or paradise but all the connection are made with what we have accepted as our own faith ,but this is not the truth from scriptures ,for none can really present anything in scriptures to back there story ,unless they twist the scriptures to go the way they want it to go ,and this would make the story a lie

    I loved this story of his NDE, thanks for putting it here, Proclaimer. Some people binge watch shows on Netflix, I tend to binge watch NDE testimonies . 🙂

    Proclaimer and LU…….scripture say “the dead know nothing” , in the day they die  their  “thoughts ” parish.”

    I really do not believe he was dead, because without oxygen the brain ceases to function. He may have just been sedated and just in a semi-concious  dream state.  I would not use this as a description of what happens after a person dies, better to stick with scriptures, IMO.

    If I remember right, Jesus told him that he wasn’t dead yet when he was given the choice to go back.

    LU…..So he says.  But I have scriptures that says,   that not the case when a person really dies. .  The Pope says he is Jesus’ replacement on this earth ,  and Mary is a God also, and Jesus is a God, and a billion Catholic’s believe him,    so people can believe what ever they want, but I don’t believe it.  The dead know nothing in the day they die their thoughts parish,  no more, nothing, untill God the Father, resurects them from the dead. Just as he did Jesus.

    Near death experiences are not death experiences. Some people may be clinically dead and come back to life so according to God they aren’t dead in truth if they are conscious and out of body.

    LU……so who leaves his body when he dies, the spirit of life (breath of life)  leaves it as he dies, but after that there remains only a dead body, which goes to corruption  in the Grave,  and you no longer exist for ever , until the Lord our “true God”  the resurection gives you another body and adds back into the breath of life , a Body made up of your exact DNA, for every hair on your head is numbered according to Jesus. So there must be a reason it is right, what reason would there be except to make you another body?

    Read scripture:

    21For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and giveth life:

    so the Son also giveth life

    to whom he will. (EVEN TO HIMSELF)

    24Amen, amen I say unto you,

    that he who heareth my word, (NOT THE FATHERS’)

    and believeth him(GOD)  that sent me,

    hath life everlasting; and

    cometh not into judgment,

    but is passed from

    DEATH TO LIFE.

    OK, THOSE WHO BELIEVE IN JESUS,

    IMMEDIATELY ON DEATH, THEY BECOME ALIVE!

     

    ALSO: the Father is NOT MENTIONED AT ALL!

    the Son of man. (DID YOU GET THIS Gene, THE SON OF GOD IS ALSO THE SON OF MAN, THE TWO FULL NATURES OF JESUS)

    the resurrection of life;

    Some of you guys are getting muddled up.

    It is the Second Death that is termination.

    When Jesus died, he conquered death and the graves were opened.

    Now when we die, we are with the Lord.

    You seem to disregard much of what Jesus and Paul taught us.

    And the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.

    Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

    For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

    And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”

    For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep.

    And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

    “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

    Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.

    I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better.

    For this is why the gospel was preached even to those who are dead, that though judged in the flesh the way people are, they might live in the spirit the way God does.

    The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried, and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side.

    Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

    Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power

    My how you people disregard scriptures,  read this and “try” to believe it if you can.

    “now if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the “dead” dwell “in” you, he that raised Christ Jesus from the “dead” shall also quicken (bring to life, what?),  your “MORTAL” (dead) body”.   

    Now if what you say is true and we never “die”, why is there a “RESURECTION OF THE “DEAD”?  AT THE RETURN OF Christ Jesus?  What does this mean to you people,  “the dead in Christ” .  Who are the dead “in” Christ?

    Proclaimer. …..Jesus did not say to him “today,  you will be with me in paradise” ,  what he said was , ” I am telling you today, you “will be” with me in paradise “.  Jesus did not go to “paradise” that day, he went to the grave and stayed there for three day and three nights and was resurected from the “dead” with his “body” by God the Father, the same way we have to be.  Hard for me to believe you people don’t understand that. You seem to grab certain scriptures while ignoring all the rest, so how can you have a balance in you understanding of them, you need to try to put them all together.

    With every respect to you, READ;

    Luke 23:43 And Jesus said to him: Amen I say to thee,

    THIS DAY

    thou shalt be with me in paradise.

    Gene if I ask you:

    Originally where was paradise?

    You definitely say

    ON THIS PLANET.

    If I ask you WHAT DID JESUS ACHIEVE ON HIS DEATH?

    NOW FOR SURE YOU DON’T ANSWER AS YOU DON’T BELIEVE WHAT JESUS IN ACTUAL FACT

    ACHIEVED.

    BUT I TELL

    ON JESUS DEATH:

    THE WORLD WAS THE NEW PARADISE!

    AND IT REMAINED SO AT LEAST

    TILL PENTECOST!

    JESUS Gene,

    RESTORED IN FULL, AND EVEN IN MORE GLORY AND PERFECT, 

    WHAT GOD THE FATHER CREATED AND ESTABLISHED

    VERY GOOD IN THE GARDEN 

    PARADISE!

     

     

    YOU: Jesus did not go to “paradise” that day,

    ME: NO, NO, and NO!  Gene the above is

    A PURE LIE!
