The book of Jubilees claims Arabs are decedents of Ismael and Muhammad agreed.
Genesis 16:12
…The angel of the LORD said to her further, “Behold, you are with child, And you will bear a son; And you shall call his name Ishmael, Because the LORD has given heed to your affliction. “He will be a wild donkey of a man, His hand will be against e…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum Islam 11 years, 10 months ago
I looked up that word fortresses (matsuwd ) and it can mean fortress, hold, snare, strong hold, castle.
e.g., The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
If you look at this page, David uses fortress alongside stronghold, so it m…[Read more]

The question is though, are Jews getting the blame again?
Are they just trying to live in peace with every tool at their disposal or are they trying to rule the world?
Most of my Atheist friends from school believe as you do. I came from quite a rebellious background and they have never changed. They challenge the police, government, and all…[Read more]

Yes, the flood does say on the face of the whole earth and all flesh. So how did a pair of kiwis, moas, and tuataras make it onto the ark?

Are any these two verses talking about the whole planet?
Daniel 7:23
“He gave me this explanation: ‘The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it.Jeremiah 51:24-25

Good point if that is all that scripture said, but the proceeding verses actually look more like Islam.
37 “He will show no regard for the gods of his fathers or for the desire of women, nor will he show regard for any other god; for he will magnify himself above them all.
38 “But instead he will honor a god of fortresses, a god whom his fathers…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum Islam 11 years, 10 months ago

The war at this time is between Secularist and Islamists and the Secularists are winning. The Secularists are actually a better candidate as unlike Islamist they support sexual immorality and show contempt for the God’s of their fathers. The Secularists are also more of a world power. ISIS is Islamists and those facing them are Secular…

You could be right Kerwin, the Great Sea may not be referring to the Mediterranean Sea in that scripture. However, if I was going to hedge my bet on who was right, you or Bible Hub, I would put my money on Bible Hub simply because they have probably researched it or got that info from someone else who researched it and you clearly have not. But…[Read more]

However the evidence for it is quite compelling. The Mediterranean Sea is known as the Great Sea in scripture and the fact that John was on the Isle of Patmos in the Aegean which is an embayment of the Mediterranean Sea does lend itself to b…[Read more]
