Wrong, I certainly do know people and things are called by their “ATRIBUTES” A airplane is call a bird, because it flies like a bird, but is it an actual bird? Of course not, there in lies the problem, being call something because of a similar a tribute does not make you that thing, I fully understand that, and that applies to Jesus being ca…

I’m betting the rebuttal to my post will be just to interpret each scripture I have quoted as meaning the opposite to what is written. It won’t be that blatant, but surrounded by lots of text where the detail is easily hidden.

Adam was called the Son of God.
But Adam was created by God.
Jesus was begotten by God, emptied himself, came in the flesh, died, rose again, and is seated next to God in the glory he had with him before the cosmos.
He is also the final Adam. So he too can rightly be called the Son of God in that sense. But because he is the firstborn of all…[Read more]

You reject the trinity doctrine; yet, hold onto the “preexistence” of Christ, why?
They are not mutually exclusive. This comes from Greek thinking where anything can either be creator or creation. But scripture teaches us that there is this thing called ‘begotten’ which is neither.
In fact, one of the reasons why the Trinity Doctrine is bel…[Read more]

I am not rejecting the aforementioned scriptures, I’m questioning our understanding of them. Do we understand them in the context and perspective of which they have been written or are we understanding them with our modernistic minds of what other people have told us these scriptures mean?
Sure and I already know that. But I believe some are r…[Read more]

If YHVH is God of gods and Lord of lords, and there is one God and one Lord and they happen to be two persons, then the YHVH who is God, is one person WITH the YHVH who is Lord, another person.
Your trying to fix a problem that doesn’t exist in scripture. Therefore, your theory is just as wrong because it proposes to be the fix.

Agreed that wisdom is an attribute of God just as light, truth, and love are too.
However, I think that God creates life and endows them with attributes or different measures and mixes of it, which makes us unique. We know that truth is of God, but Jesus said that he was The Truth. We know that life comes from God, but Jesus said he was The Life.…[Read more]

In the BIGINNING, the Son who was with God and who was God, of the same nature as the Father, therefore has a nature that is beginningless, but had a beginning when he was begotten of the Father in the days of eternity.
Therefore a divine nature, eternal essence, without beginning inherited from the Father but a person, personality which had a…Proclaimer replied to the topic JOHN 1:1 who is the WORD? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 3 years ago

Micah is one verse, shouldn’t there be at least two or three “witnesses” to bring a “claim”. If Christ preexisted, the old testament will be filled with references to that fact.
Interesting thought. Does this mean we reject the New Testament? I don’t think you are saying that. But rejecting these scriptures is tantamount to doing that. I believe i…[Read more]

- Lunar eclipses
