How come flat earthers never bring up this experiment that Bob Knodel did to prove earth’s rotation? The fact that it was done by a prominent flat earther makes it all the more delightful. What it also proved was that flat earthers are not scientists but cultists. When the experiment didn’t go his way he looked for ways to disprove it. That fac…[Read more]

A couple of quick points I would like to make while I have the time.
- Prophecy is not meant to be understood by the carnal minded. It is hidden from the world and revealed by God in the required season. So if you are looking to be spoon-fed prophecy understanding, then you will receive nothing. This scripture comes to mind:

In order to preserve the flat earth lie, proponents simply ignore the facts. Here is one:

There is no excuse for flat earth lies. Such facts for the globe are easily verifiable. If truth is not hard to discover, then only liars will deny it. Liars do not inherit the kingdom of God.

By the way, I have never denied God and you have yet to produce any scripture that states the Messiah was to die for the sins of mankind. Paul said according to scripture…where’s the proof?
I haven’t got time to post. But a quick Google and I found this. I can’t vouch gor everything written here but it certainly mentions things that I would say.…[Read more]

Why do Flat Earthers deny the Moon Landing?
Flat earthers believe the moon landings are fake. Yet if the moon is local, then you could fly a plane to the moon and hence it would make it easy to visit the moon. Thus, if the moon was local, then a moon landing would support a local moon from the perspective of it being easier to visit. Think man…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Mikeboll's belief in a flat world in the forum View Points 3 years, 2 months ago
All flat earth evidence has been debunked in this thread. The globe is the only explanation left when using a process of elimination. One theory is a lie, the other is the truth. Lies come from the father of lies.

If you ask people in Israel who the words of Isaiah are describing, even they will say Jesus.

Careful how you tread; to discount what I have written is to say Rabbi’s are clueless and have no understanding of the Tanakh.
I am not saying they are clueless, but let’s be honest. If Jesus is the Christ, then the Rabbi’s who do not believe that Jesus is the Christ are clueless in that respect. For these Rabbis to be correct, it would mean t…[Read more]

Onto your interpretation, if the “our” are the one’s who are bringing good tidings in verse 1; then the “our” in verse 5 are the same who are wounding him and bruising him. Does this make sense to you? With your interpretation, it removes Jesus from the picture.
Verse 5 says this:
But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed fo…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic John 1:1 in the forum Scriptural Teachings 3 years, 2 months ago
Hi Desiretruth.
You have made some big leaps in your last post.
Chapter 52 is addressed to God’s people the nation of Israel and in particular Jerusalem, but also Zion in the wider context.
1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee…[Read more]

Flat earthers see Globe believers as a threat. On the other hand ,given the well publicized evidence for a globe, Globe believers feel secure. Globe believers always ask for evidence that contradicts their beliefs, that’s how science works, question everything. To this day, no evidence had ever been put forward from a flat Earther? If this was a c…[Read more]

Who is this “our” in verse 5? You, me, mankind? EXCEPT verse 5 is the continued thought from verse 1 and “Who has believed our message”? This “our” is whom? Did you, me, or mankind bring some message and to whom did we give it? What was this message? What a perplexing mystery!
Let’s start in verse Isaiah verse 4.
Surely he hath borne our griefs,…[Read more]
