Identity and nature. Many are confused about the difference. This might clear it up. You can change your nature, but you are still you. For example, the Son of God was divine, but he emptied himself and came in

God has divine nature, but many doctrines argue that divine nature has God
Here is a difference between identity and nature. You can change your nature, but you are still you.
If nature defines God, then when you participate in divine nature, then you are God.
Let’s look at another example.
Jesus Christ came in the flesh.
Are you then saying…[Read more]

Then why mention it. To score points probably. But you get zero points with your post because the evidence you supplied is faulty. Have another go. Keep it factual if you can and we all might learn something. Thanks in advance.

Hello brother Gene, thanks for your post to me. We are debating here on the Messiahship of Jesus. In fact there are no two comings of Messiah in the Hebrew Bible. Vicarious Atonement of Jesus is another myth. In fact human sacrifice is abomination to Yahweh.
I am not misguided by anyone and in fact I am on search for true religion of the Hebrew…

This is not correct. It is more accurate to say that God has divine nature than divine nature is God.
We can inherit divine nature. So when we have divine nature, then are we God? No. It means that we have divine nature the same nature as God.
Thus God is a person. An identity. His nature is not what defines him as God.
Likewise, God is a…[Read more]

Why are you obsessed with flesh? It seems your doctrine is the doctrine of flesh.
Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.

If we inherit divine nature, do we become omniscient?
God knows everything because he is eternal and no one existed before God. There is nothing outside of God.
The Son was begotten of God.
Colossians 1:15-18
The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in him all things were created: things in heaven…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic Was Donald chosen by God? in the forum Prophetic News & Eschatology 5 years ago

Understand what that means, Gene. If you are currently flesh (ie: a man), then you must be born again of something other than flesh (ie: become something other than a man) to see or enter the kingdom of God.
Gene appears to teach from the flesh about the flesh. Even Jesus is just flesh to him it seems.
Some people here need to be born from abov…[Read more]

Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

How come it doesnt say the god Jesus met a woman at a well. Or the god Jesus died for us. And in Heaven he is not described as a god with eyes like fire.

Hi Mike, sorry I am not here to prove anything on Jesus the so called Messiah. In fact it is the other way round.
Nope. If you do not want to receive him, then you are clearly not ready.
God will reveal it to you if you are ready to hear the truth.
Otherwise, you will come up every excuse under the sun to deny him.
Your current excuse is that…[Read more]

Read the context Gene.
Philippians 2, 5-9
Have this mind in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 who, existing in the form of God, counted not the being on an equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men; 8 and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled…[Read more]
