No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son who is in the bosom of the Father , He hath revealed Him.
Proof that Jesus is not God right there. God is invisible.

So if the God in the Bible is not a Trinity because you cannot swap these words without breaking scripture, then the Trinity God is some other God. It is not the God in the Bible.

In order to believe in the One true God, you must believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are a package deal, a divine interdependency.
My scriptures trump your creed. Do you want to play again.
Jesus said, Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet returned to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them,
`I am returning…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum The Trinity Doctrine 4 years, 11 months ago
Yes, that makes him the image of God.
Think about the Word ‘image’ and ‘of’ for a minute.
If you had a son, then you could day the son of Miia. But nobody would say he was Miia.

To be the most like God and to have his nature and character doesn’t make you God. It makes you his Son.
When you are like something and even if you are equal to something, to any clear thinking person, you are not that actual thing that you are like.
What it makes you is an image.
God is the source of all, even the Son. The Son is the image of…[Read more]

Miia, I get it that these vaccines were rushed out the door. But look at the situation. Regardless, I am not forcing you to be vaccinated. I respect that you have your own free will, that your will is sovereign. I am merely arguing about the issue itself. As I said before. Whether we are vaccinated or not, we will all likely get Covid-19 just like…[Read more]

And this is how you pray. It is to the Father because the Father is above all.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against
us; and lead us not into temptation, but…[Read more]Proclaimer replied to the topic in the forum The Trinity Doctrine 4 years, 11 months ago
Hi Proclaimer.
I do not wish to get into a debate over this topic.
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. These three are one!
Someone here once described a coin as having two different images on either side, but it’s still the one coin. I get that!
And this is exactly why people believe in the Trinity Doctrine.
- They turn God i…

I agree with you Gene regarding this. The Trinity is so confusing that no one understands it. It causes men to pray to the Father one second, then switch to the Son, and then a request to the Holy Spirit. And as you rightly point out, they cannot place the Father above the Son when it is suppose to be a out the Son bringing us the the Father.

And why is it when you replace the word ‘God’ in scripture for ‘Trinity’, why does it break the Bible.
For example:
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
For The Trinity so loved the world that The Trinity gave his one and only Son, that whoever…[Read more]

It’s simple for me. I believe scripture and it’s not one or two scriptures either. The Bible consistenly teaches us that the one true God is the Father. And the creeds that came later. They are from man’s own mind.
No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
yet for us…[Read more]

Proclaimer, yet you are choosing to have faith in something that is untested. You are putting blind faith in man instead of in God. For what reason? So YOU can……. be a part of the system again?
If your houseceas on fire, do you wait till God shows up to save you. Or do you ring the Fire Brigade?

Nice try but not Destiny church lol. This couple are Apostolic (I had to look that up because I wasn’t sure what they were! They are Apostolic ministers). They were speaking on the Maori news and the way she spoke of the word, “In the beginning was the word and the word was with God, and the word was God, and the word dwelt among man”,

It’s about the Father.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
He is the image of the invisible God. Many things and persons teach us about God. But Christ reveals God.

Gene, I believe what is written in the NT. You should be honest and say that you do not.
You do not believe the Word became flesh, Jesus Christ came in the flesh, and that the Word of God who became flesh is coming again with the name: The Word of God.
You and Jodi were stumped when I said that the man from Nazareth is Jesus because that is his…[Read more]

But I am sorry to comment on the NT writers and Christianity which tried to convince their Jewish audience to prove that Jesus was the Jewish Messiah by misquoting Hebrew Bible. And most of the Christian Forums are filled with these doctrinal arguments on Jesus. This is the fact. I hope you will understand my point here.
God reveals the Son. But…[Read more]

“THE WORD” is a Name given to Jesus, neither more nor less. And the reason is that Jesus IS ONE WITH GOD at the highest level.
Only Jesus knows the Father. He is in the strongest sense the Revealer. “No one has ever seen the Father. … It is therefore logical that between the beginning and the end, in John’s discourse on Jesus, there is the word:…- Load More
