Mike,You are certainly falling short of applying my logic. Jesus as the Lord of lords and king of kings in the NT pre-exists His flesh existence as a heavenly being. If Neb and Art didn't do that, then clearly the use of 'king of kings' is not anywhere near who Jesus is. But you know this, don't you or am I giving you too much credit?
