Pierre,God was always a Father with a Son.

No Pierre,Like Father and Son. No need to add to scripture.

Mike,Is Jesus, David's Lord, yes or no?Is David ever called or written as 'Lord of lords' as his name, yes or no?

Pierre,There are two in the unity. One being over the other does not discount that.

Pierre,Jesus, no matter the title, is subject to the Father because He, Jesus, is not the Father but the Son of the Father. A son would naturally be subject to his father. A title does not change that fact.

This should help you both (taken from the Aramaic Bible in Plain English I think but this gal calls it the HRV; she is responding to some questions about Jesus being YHWH):For comparison, in the Old Testament, Isa. 45:21-23 (KJV) says, “who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD (YHWH)? and there is NO GOD ELSE BESIDE ME; A JUST GOD AND…[Read more]

Jeremy check out these verses. I think that they are from the same Aramaic Bible in Plain English, some gal is responding to a question about Jesus being YHWH, see the link below:For comparison, in the Old Testament, Isa. 45:21-23 (KJV) says, “who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD (YHWH)? and there is NO GOD ELSE BESIDE ME; A JUST…[Read more]

Mike,Jesus is the Lord of lords, not a Lord of lords. There lies a big difference between a man who has authority and is a lord, or even a lord over other lords and Jesus as the Lord of lords. The Lord of lords is under the authority of the Father who is the God of gods. The Father is not called the Lord of lords, Jehovah is called Lord of lords…[Read more]

Pierre,Do you mean 'is' when you write 'his?' If so, can you rewrite your comment with 'is' instead of 'his?' Thanks!

Hey Jeremy,You might be interested in the Aramaic Bible in Plain English. This translation was from Aramaic manuscripts, not Greek. The disciples spoke Aramaic and wrote in Aramaic. This translation has 'Jehovah' in the NT all over the place and clearly shows that Jesus is referred to as Jehovah. You can find this Bible translation on this…[Read more]

Pierre,You say that God almighty is Lord of lords and you say that Christ is Lord of lords…well, either they are the same person or God almighty is not the Lord of lords anymore. You seem to believe that God almighty is not the Lord of lords anymore but Christ is given that place instead. That is called 'Pierre is believing a delusion.'

And sometimes questions don't make any sense and are totally non-applicable Pierre. Do you want to try again? Or are you afraid of really having your bubbles broken with scripture?
