Ed: Hi Mike, I did not say you could not have “24 hour light”… …I said “Sun”…
You could not have “a 24 hour sun” on the flat earth model – you disagree ???
I cannot see how a 24 hour sun is possible on the flat earth as I currently understand it.
I don’t think you as of yet grasp what I’m saying.
If the sun is moving faster in th…[Read more]

(Matt 26:63-64) 63 And the high priest answered and said unto him,
I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us
whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.64 Jesus saith unto him,
“Thou hast said”
Like “Yea” – “Thou hast said” means “Yes” Miia
…will you next be arguing that it doesn’t?

“But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.” (Matt 5:37)
Yea is “Yes” Miia, and Nay is “No”
Are you suggesting that Jesus is not (according to Miia) referring to answering questions?

I alter passages? Give an example of a passage that I alter?
whose goings forth as a man. have been foretold. from of old, even. from everlasting.
I have altered the verse “using red italics” for you to match your belief.
But that is NOT what the verse is sayingEd J replied to the topic The Ordinary Jesus Brigade in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years ago

Micah 5:2
“whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting” (Micah 5:2)
Context suggests God is talking about the one (to be) born in “Bethlehem”
So obviously Micah is saying “the spirit of Christ” will be born there.Paraphrased for you…

That way you didn’t have to work as hard as those repeating bad ideas over and over again and again.

“is it just your own idea ?” – Nick
Actually it was my idea, the consequences idea was T8’s
I just wanted a thread to reference, to document a previously refuted claim.
That was everyone would easily be able to see “the idea” was already refuted many times beforeEd J posted a new activity comment 7 years ago
“Yes”/”no” questions are designed to clarify your opinions to all.
That way we can compare what you believe to what Scripture says.
That should not be a problem if you want your truth to be understood.Ed J posted a new activity comment 7 years ago
Requiring a “yes”or “no” response to simple one part questions
enables us to see if your ideas lines up with the truth we hold.
It’s really not a problem if you want your ideas to be believed.Ed J posted a new activity comment 7 years ago

Here is what Micah 5:2 actually does say Nick (no imagination needed)…
“whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting” (Micah 5:2)
…according to the context, this is about the one (to be) born in BethlehemEd J replied to the topic Animal Sacrifices in the forum Truth or Tradition 7 years ago
Perhaps they ate lamb on the Passover like Scripture declares
