Prayer and Fasting but the most important thing is to always remember God because when Satan makes you feel guilty you keep thinking what’s the use and keep sinning so the first thing is to remove the guilt and simply start setting limitations and restrictions until you can control the impulse if for some reason you can’t seem to ever control the…[Read more]

John 16:26-27 King James Version (KJV)
26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
God is waiting for you Nick

One thing you seem to forget is Jesus is a High Priest in the order of Melchezidek, would that mean that Jesus is the only mediator for all people or are their others with the power of intercession? either way God does not need anyone to interceed but it is for the benefit of those that won’t go to God directly Jesus even told his disciples that…[Read more]

So you think rejecting the mediator of God will please God?
Jesus is an intercessor because God allows it not because God needs it, look:
None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious.

Kind words and the covering of faults are better than charity followed by injury. Allah is free of all wants, and He is most-Forbearing.

Miracle?
You are easily impressed.
Jesus in Paul and Peter and the brothers went to all God planned to touch and call.
Praise God!

There are miracles written elsewhere of miracles that Muhammad has done but the Quran makes no mention of them because what is unique about the Quran is it is the Miracle itself. You still don’t seem to understand Muhammad is the Messenger there is no attempt to make him into a God as Christ Jesus was made into, so the emphasis is never on…[Read more]

By the way where on this entire forum have you or anyone else ever seen me write that Muhammad was greater than Jesus? In-fact if you look you will see virtually every time Muhammad is mentioned by me it is in response to someone else initiating the conversation. Islam is not about Muhammad it is about God Almighty (ALLAH)
Muhammad’s name is only…[Read more]

Hi Miia
First of all I would like to commend you on making an actual argument as opposed to just posting anything that comes to mind, however I was wondering did you notice the rest of what you posted:
John 7
40 Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.

21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered,…[Read more]

Hi Kerwin
Most teachings do not teach that God gives people the power to stop sinning. The gospel does. Jesus made the promise as least twice during his mortal life. One is Matthew 5:6 and the other is John 8:35. Of the two Matthew 5:6 is more literal worded. Even when it is literal people cannot seem to believe it. Most claim a human being…

John 5:46King James Version (KJV)
46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me.
Now would you have believed Moses? NOPE

Are you a follower of Moses?
not directly but Jesus was a follower of Moses like ALL Jews
bodhitharta replied to the topic Jesus or muhammad in the forum Doctrinal Disagreements 11 years ago
The will of God is that you believe in the Son.
You say you do but say his teachings are not true.
You have no stability in your ideas
The will of God is that you believe in all his messengers rejecting them any of them is not his Will

Moses wasn’t wrong was he?

Hi Miia
There is no question of Jesus OR Muhammad they both were sent just like Moses and others. You should believe all the messengers of God. What if I asked you Peter or Paul? or Jew or Greek?

Matthew 16:23
23 But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me. For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.”
If Jesus is a Man nick you should heed the advice and set your mind on the things of God and Hid Sovereign Nature.

How can someone argue the trinity when by default they support it…if you read the posts of Nick they are not that far from DavidL. Nick worships Jesus as if he were God Almighty…he will tell you that Jesus is just a man…but all his writings show he thinks like DavidL. Nick is like if you do not serve 2 masters you are failing God…Nick is…[Read more]
