We should all strive to do all things “to the glory of the Father”, so He “can make an answer to the one who is taunting Him”.

But can you reverse your sentence to say “Any glory given to the Father is given to the Son”?  That's the difference, brother.

Isa 42:8…..> I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will i not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

The Glory Jesus has, is the Glory GOD placed on him and it is to the GLORY of GOD we are to give him Honor. IMO
