So you think rejecting the mediator of God will please God?
Jesus is an intercessor because God allows it not because God needs it, look:
None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious.
( سورة مريم , Maryam, Chapter #19, Verse #87)
One thing you seem to forget is Jesus is a High Priest in the order of Melchezidek, would that mean that Jesus is the only mediator for all people or are their others with the power of intercession? either way God does not need anyone to interceed but it is for the benefit of those that won’t go to God directly Jesus even told his disciples that he would not intercede for them because they now know God:

26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

he commanded that you be born again of water and the Spirit.
Nick FYI I was baptized when I was a Christian and being born of the water and of the Spirit I was lead to Islam

what teachings of his did I say were false? You seem to switch context and assume the context you put his teachings in to be valid:
If I say he was only sent to the gentiles you switch the context and say that was a temporary condition

Why would I not promote all of God’s messengers don’t you think Paul has done well to go to the gentiles?
Don’t you think Muhammad did well to promote Jesus as the Messiah as well, surely if he was against Christ he would not have spoken of him so highly indeed he has confirmed Jesus to many who were in doubt, The Quran has done more to undermine those false teachings of Orthodox Christianity such as the trinity or Jesus being God than any other force on earth

Christ in Paul went to the gentiles.
Reflections of glory do not come from opposing other false teachings than your own.
I was baptized in the name of Jesus and I was anointed with oil from Jerusalem. I have been anointed with the Holy Spirit from the earliest remembrance of life(with signs and wonders), I have studied the Bible for over 30 years, I have read every single page including the apocryphal books and I have also studied every major religion as well as many minor religions I was not searching I was quite happy with being a Christian and although there are so many denominations i did love speaking to people of various denominations….When I was led to Islam it was at my height of Christianity and Godliness and it was as simple as being in a bookstore where I gave a talk on God and I saw the Quran God led me to pick it up and I couldn’t put it down I went to the bookstore for 3 days until I read the entire Quran there were times where I thought this can’t be in regards to the crucifixion not happening or Jesus not being the son of God, but then God had me go back to the Bible and opened my eyes and I saw the TRUTH and the bible became clear and I received another portion of The Holy Spirit.
When I realized that Jesus was saved from the cross I cried and cried because that’s what God does HE SAVES

Explain in more detail…..You do know that Jesus doesn’t equate to Christianity, right? People calling themselves Christian but are Idol worshipers are still Idol worshipers and Trinitarians are polytheist, you do know that right?
