ParticipantNick….Correct, it is GOD, WHO BY HIS SPIRIT ABIDES “IN” all HIS CHILDERN , who BOTH WILLS “AND” DOES OF HIS GOOD PLEASURE, “in” them. Those who are of the world do not understand, that it is the SPIRIT OF GOD THAT “CAUSES” US TO SEEK HIM AND JESUS and also keeps us. JUST AS IT SAYS “THE LORD BLESS YOU “AND” KEEP YOU.
peace and love to you and yours. …….gene

THE ANOINTING SPIRIT OF GOD “IN” US IS OUR HOPE OF GLORY, JUST LIKE IT WAS FOR JESUS. WHOEVER HAS THE SPIRIT OF THE FATHER “IN” THEM, HAS BECOME A HEIRS AND JOINT HEIRS WITH JESUS, THE ANOINTED HUMAN BEING.

ParticipantGene,
Your words are confusing.
Are you claiming humans are a physical creation?
April 26, 2016 at 7:12 am#812679NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
Did not God create all wills?
How is this relevant?
April 26, 2016 at 7:22 am#812682kerwin
ParticipantNick,
What does grace mean?
April 26, 2016 at 7:58 am#812683NickHassan
ParticipantHi KW,
You first.
April 26, 2016 at 1:49 pm#812719kerwin
ParticipantNick,
My question answered your question if we believe the same thing about grace, i.e. God creating our will is his grace as it is a gift from God.
Essentially grace is a synonym of favor.

ParticipantHi KW,
Only those who have been reborn from above can claim that God is at work in them to will and to do.

the ones that are born from above believe in all the scriptures and not just a part ,the truth of God cannot be altered by man like you ,either we join the truth or we don’t ,if we don’t how then can some one be reborn in Christ teachings ?

ParticipantHi T,
Yes many think their logical and carnal view is the best one and it proves their status.
But is it true?

1Co 2:6 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
1Co 2:7 No, we speak of God’s secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.is it this one ?
April 27, 2016 at 2:14 pm#812820NickHassan
ParticipantHi t,
No spiritual wisdom is gobbledegook to a carnal man.

ParticipantNick,
Hi KW,
Only those who have been reborn from above can claim that God is at work in them to will and to do.
That statement is incorrect except in the context of the new covenant like it is written in Philippians 2.
God’s grace comes in many forms, among which is he favors all humans to have to chance reach out and find him.
Acts 17:24-28Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 and hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 that they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 28 for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
He does not have to create any one and so it is by his grace that each and every one of us exist.
Don’t limit his power or his mercy in your mind or your heart.

ParticipantHi KW,
Those in Christ have access to the Spirit of Grace.
April 27, 2016 at 4:16 pm#812830terraricca
ParticipantNick
you inventing things show scriptures for your claim
April 27, 2016 at 4:46 pm#812833kerwin
ParticipantNick,
You are referring to Hebrews 10:29. If those words mean the the ability to walk according to the Spirit of God then I agree.
That does not disagree with my earlier words.
