Nick….Correct, it is GOD, WHO BY HIS SPIRIT ABIDES “IN” all HIS CHILDERN , who BOTH WILLS “AND” DOES OF HIS GOOD PLEASURE, “in” them. Those who are of the world do not understand, that it is the SPIRIT OF GOD THAT “CAUSES” US TO SEEK HIM AND JESUS and also keeps us. JUST AS IT SAYS “THE LORD BLESS YOU “AND” KEEP YOU.

My question answered your question if we believe the same thing about grace, i.e. God creating our will is his grace as it is a gift from God.
Essentially grace is a synonym of favor.

the ones that are born from above believe in all the scriptures and not just a part ,the truth of God cannot be altered by man like you ,either we join the truth or we don’t ,if we don’t how then can some one be reborn in Christ teachings ?

That statement is incorrect except in the context of the new covenant like it is written in Philippians 2.
God’s grace comes in many forms, among which is he favors all humans to have to chance reach out and find him.
Acts 17:24-28Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

He does not have to create any one and so it is by his grace that each and every one of us exist.
Don’t limit his power or his mercy in your mind or your heart.

You are referring to Hebrews 10:29. If those words mean the the ability to walk according to the Spirit of God then I agree.
That does not disagree with my earlier words.
