    Hi KW,

Hebrews 3 refers to the holy Brethren but this is not the Jews

You may be confusing it with rom 11 that speaks of trees and branches being holy

the same verses refer to the breaking off of branches due to unbelief so it does not apply to all and certainly not those who have adopted the law.

    Nick,

I am not sure what verse you speak of. I was addressing a thought that occurred over multiple verses. To be precise John 8:30-34 and sin is mentioned in verse 34 and it goes with the words of the angel as they are written in Matthew.

    Nick,

Hebrews does not invalidate what the God stated to the Jews ages before.

I do know he also told the disobedient among them that they would never enter his rest.

They are still born holy but if they reject the Christ then they defile that holiness.

Their holiness is credited while that of true believers is actual for the later wear the new man.

    Hi KW,

    The Pharisees tried that line.

They were told they were sons of satan.

    Hi Miia,

The voice is that of the Spirit of Christ.

    Hi Nick,

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah,
    yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” (Micah 5:2)

What the Prophet Micah is plainly saying here is…
He whose goings have been from everlasting shall come forth out of thee Bethlehem.

Micah 5:2 pins “the spirit of Christ” to Jesus’ birth,
NOT to the ‘Jordan by-pass’ which you are claiming.

    Conclusion:
”The Spirit of Christ” IS JESUS’ BIRTH SPIRIT!
That is what I believe, and I’ve clearly illustrated that this is what Scripture teaches.

    Hi Nick,

Jesus was just (according to you) an ordinary man who also
just happened to be the first one endued with God’s HolySpirit.
No Nick, “The Son of God” came down from Heaven to save Humanity.

Matt 3:7-17: 7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: 9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. 10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: 12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. 14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. 16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (Matt 3:7-17)

Jesus said that John is the greatest of all Prophets born of women,
and here is what John says: “whose shoes I am not worthy to bear”
“The Son of God” came down from eternity past to save Humanity!

    Hi Ed,

The Word that was God was made flesh and dwelt among us.

Out of Bethlehem came the human vessel that allowed the prophecies to be fulfilled.

Now we do not speak of Christ according to the flesh. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

sacrifice and offering you have not desired but a body you have prepared for me

Without the vessel uniting with the Spirit the prophecies were in vain.

What God has joined together let no man put asunder.

    Nick,

    Hi KW,

    The Pharisees tried that line.

They were told they were sons of satan.

The Jews that Jesus spoke to were children of Satan because because they defiled their holiness by not following in the steps of the father of their flesh but instead walked in the ways of the spirit of the evil one.

It does not change God’s word that many Jews were broken off from the vine because of their disobedience. (Romans 11:19-20)

    Hi Miia,

The voice is that of the Spirit of Christ.

    Can you hear wisdom?

    Compare (listen):

“If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.”
    John 3.12

“Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all that he himself is doing.”
    John 5.19

“For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”
    John 6.33

“I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me”.
    John 6.38

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.”
    John 6.51

He said to them, “You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.”
    John 8.23

“Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.”
    John 8:58

“For I have not spoken on my own authority, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment—what to say and what to speak.”
    John 12.49

“The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the Father who dwells in me does his works. Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me”
    John 14.9

“I came from the Father and have come into the world, and now I am leaving the world and going to the Father.”
    John 16.28

“And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.”
    John 17:5

“The Lord possessed me at the beginning of his work,
the first of his acts of old.
Ages ago I was set up,
at the first, before the beginning of the earth.
When there were no depths I was brought forth,
when there were no springs abounding with water.
Before the mountains had been shaped,
before the hills, I was brought forth,
before he had made the earth with its fields,
or the first of the dust of the world.
    When he established the heavens, I was there;
when he drew a circle on the face of the deep,
when he made firm the skies above,
when he established the fountains of the deep,
when he assigned to the sea its limit,
so that the waters might not transgress his command,
when he marked out the foundations of the earth,
then I was beside him, like a master workman,
and I was daily his delight,
    rejoicing before him always,
    rejoicing in his inhabited world
and delighting in the children of man.” (Proverbs 8)

    Wisdom of Solomon 7
    (RSV, KJV, JB)

Wisdom is both intelligent and holy.
    Though one of a kind,
    she appears in many forms
    and is a spiritual being
    that moves freely about.
    Wisdom is clear and pure,
    spotless and innocent,
    and she loves goodness.
    Wisdom is sharp and victorious,
    generous, helpful, dependable,
    and she never worries.
    Wisdom is all-powerful;
    she sees everything
    and is ever present
    with those who are intelligent,
    pure, and truly spiritual.

    Wisdom moves more easily
    than anything else
and is so pure that she is
    everywhere at once.
    Wisdom is the breath
    of God’s power,
the true reflection of the glory
    of God All-Powerful,
and so she cannot be touched
    by anything impure.
    Wisdom is like a mirror
    reflecting the eternal light
    of God’s deeds and goodness.
    Though Wisdom is and remains
    only one being,
    she can do anything
    and she renews all things.
    In each generation she enters
    the souls of the faithful,
    making them into prophets
    and friends of God,
    since God’s favorite people
are those who live with her.
    Wisdom is more beautiful than
    the sun and the stars.
She is far superior to daylight,
    because it turns to darkness,
    but she cannot be changed
    by the power of evil.

    Wisdom of Solomon 8

Since the time I was young,
    I have loved and searched
    for Wisdom.
I was charmed by her beauty
and wanted her for my bride.
The Lord God of all loves her,
    and her glorious origin
    becomes even more glorious,
    because she lives with God.
    She understands God’s mysteries
    and works together with him.
    Wisdom is more desirable
    than wealth— she makes
    everything run smoothly.
    Wisdom is more useful
    than knowledge—she designed
    everything that is.
If you truly love what is right,
    learn from her,
    the source of all goodness:
    of justice and courage,
    understanding and self-control;
    all the important things
that help us live our lives.
    Do you desire wide experience?
    Wisdom knows what has happened
    and predicts the future;
she knows the meaning of words
    and the answers to riddles.
    Wisdom knows in advance
    the miracles God will work
and all that will take place.

    Wisdom of Solomon 9

    Merciful Lord God
    of my ancestors,
    you created everything
    by your word.
    And by your Wisdom,
    you let us humans rule
    all other creatures.
We are to be honest and fair
    in every decision,
so share with me the Wisdom
    that sits beside your throne,
and let me be a child of yours.
    My mother was your servant,
and so am I—a mere human
    whose life is short.
    I understand only a little
    about laws and judgments,
    because even a perfect human
    is really nothing
    without Wisdom from you.
You have chosen me to rule
    and judge your people,
and here, on your holy mountain
in the city where you live,
you have commanded me to build
    an altar and a temple,
    just like that sacred temple
    you made at the beginning.
Wisdom has always been with you.
    She knows your mighty deeds,
    and she was there
    when you created the world.
    Wisdom knows what pleases you,
and she knows what is right
    according to your commands.
So from your glorious and holy
    throne in the heavens,
    please send Wisdom
to work beside me and teach me
    what is pleasing to you.
    Wisdom will guide me
    in all that I do,
and her glory will guard me,
    because she knows everything.
Then you will approve my actions,
and I will rule your people
    with fairness,
which will show that I am worthy
to succeed my father as king.
No one can know what you,
    the Lord God,
    demand of us humans—
    our reasoning is faulty,
    and our schemes often fail,
    because our mortal bodies
    are merely earthly tents
    that burden down our souls
    and our anxious minds.
We struggle and know so little
    about things here on earth.
    How could we possibly learn
    about things in heaven?
    Who has known your thoughts
    before you gave them Wisdom
    and your Holy Spirit?
    Then they found the right path;
    they learned what pleased you
    and were saved by Wisdom.

    Nick,

I agree that holiness that is defiled is no longer holiness.

I do not agree that the way is closed as salvation was also by faith under the old covenant. The new covenant is superior because by it a believer will receive and live by the Spirit. Any true believer if given the opportunity will grab it. Those who knowingly reject the opportunity reveal they love darkness.

Hi Gene, are you doing y/n now?

Four of your questions are similar, so grouped together.

TELL ME, who was speaking the man JESUS, or, was God the father speaking direct through the mouth of JESUS? Did JESUS SAY “the words I am telling you are “not” my words, yes or no ?

Did JESUS SAY THAT GOD THE FATHER WAS “IN” HIM, yes or no?, and if you say yes, the “HOW” WAS HE “IN” HIM? was it by the Christo’s SPIRIT,OR SOME OTGER MEANS?

Was GOD THE FATHER “ACTUALLY” IN HIM, yes or no? was “actually” reconcilling the who world “IN” HIM? yes or no?

DID Jesus actuall say “the son of man could do “nothing” of “himself” and that the FATHER WHO WAS “IN” HIM DOES THE “WORKS, yes or no?.

Yes. The Father was in Heaven and in Christ, through the eternal Spirit according to scripture.

Is this true? ” now if the “spirit” of him who raised the CHRISTO’S OR “anointed” Jesus from the grave , dwell “IN” YOU, “HE” shall “also” quicken your “mortal” body”. yes oe no?

    Yes.

‘How much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God.’ – Hebrews 9.14

    Christ – the Spirit – God (3).

The same three are also seen at the baptism of Jesus.

‘And when Jesus was baptized, immediately he went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him; and behold, a voice from heaven said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.” – Matthew 3.

your body i the “TEMPLE” OF THE living God? yes or no?

Yes. God is in heaven, and in his people through the Holy Spirit.

DOES scriptures have “any” record of Jesus’ activity, before his berth on this earth? yes or no ?

Yes. There if you look and listen.

I have never seen Jesus meantioned in any scriptures before his berth on this earth. I HAVE SEEN THE CHRISTO’S, the anointing spirit of GOD, there but not a word about any activity of Jesus.

@all!! Yesterday, I prayed to the Father AND the Son for salvation and truth. I feel that there is something wrong. I have a problem to believe that God the Father was at one time not the Father. For there cannot be a Father without a Son. Do you agree? Peace! Danny
