So there water baptism did nothing for them did it, but their Spiritual Baptism did right. There ministry did not truly even start until they received power from on High, they did not get that from getting wet following the old testament commands of cleanings. They got it from being in that room when God poured it out on them. One baptism only cleans the outside the other cleanses the inside. “Makes you first the inside of the cup clean that the out side may be clean also. Anyone with God's spirit should already know these things. IMO

Were the brothers washed in water or by the Word? [jn15]
One baptism does not make others unnecessary.
The cup must be cleansed to be fit to hold the holy treasure.But the baptism in the Spirit only controls those submit and who do not quench or grieve that Spirit.
Peter showed evidence of the Spirit of God revealing matters to him
but was still found to be influenced also by the adversary.
